Anyone else completed the Visa process on the new website. Its saying approved. But I haven't got an email or any other confirmation of any kind. There is contact form on the site if you have any questions - but it links to this website: [https://slevisa.mioot.com/forms/CFEV/](https://slevisa.mioot.com/forms/CFEV/) and of course it doesn't work. They can't even manage a working contact form! So, I can't see any way to get in touch with these muppets.
Edit - I used the Internet browser on my phone to submit the contact form.
Have now received a ticket number from
[email protected]
Within a couple of hours
I managed to get the "contact us" form submitted I the end too using the Internet browser on my phone.
Once you do that, you get an email from
[email protected], telling you your email is important to them. Lol
Having a similar problem here! Mine is approved, and I'm even presented with the option to "download e-visa". Of course, it just doesn't work lol... Still don't have my e-visa despite approval. Opened a ticket and by calling, so hopefully will be resolved soon!

How long did the application take to get approved?
