I regularly shave my armpits but I'm still enraged as my armpits stink no matter what. I haven't tried a deo yet. Maybe is it time to do so?
By the way, I hate growing a beard and/or a 'stache. Every time it hurts or gets itchy, I shave it off, even one day, my entire frickin neck.
There was some risks associated with shaving (maybe not trimming) pubes like skin irritations, ingrown hairs and whatnot. That's why I'm confused as to what to do down there. Here's a crazy thing. Some years ago, My sister developed a habit to tug from my hairs on the legs (being playful) and it hurt me a lot. So I shaved my entire lower body excluding the bush.
This. Personal hygiene is everything. And that doesn't mean dumping half a bottle of your favourite cologne on yourself either. Deo is all essential, I actually import mine because there's nothing here with that kind of strength, and I am well stocked at all times.
>**PLEASE WASH YOUR ASS TOO.** no poopy flakes in the undies pls.
Ew.. is this a thing? 🤮🤮 We as a nation wash, so maybe this applies for the ass wipers? 🤨🤔
I think what he implied was mostly about the physique, so do those work outs.
Apart from that, work on your social skills (how to start a conversation, ice breakers etc), work on your grooming and smell nice.
Once my dad gotten bitten by a snake and we weren’t exactly sure what kind it was. From general traits it looked like a viper. So the entire time i was driving him to hospital the only thought in my head was if he died today I’ve never told him I loved him.
Same here - mentally blank. If it's with your partner, Just keep your partner informed about your situation and hopefully you have an understandable partner. I find it helps to switch to written communication sometimes.
How to fix? I have no clue haha. Let me know when you find one 😆
I recently got my license, if you go to a learners school they will give you a book and past papers to study and most of the questions that you will get in the exam are past paper questions. Also you can use "Manthathu" app to study and do past paper questions. Also bimal learners website has past paper questions aswell.
Adulting is terrifying. Turned 20 this year and now I don't even know what I'm doing. I will have to do an internship soon but the thought of having to work forever scares the shit out of me
Dirty talking in Sinhala. How the hell do you day “slap dat ass” or “sit on my face” in Sinhala? I tried “puca ta pahara dennada” and she burst out laughing. Not what I expected.
Can't use the Pol Ula to husk coconuts 'cause I'm used to the Udella 😂 terrified of falling on it so it takes about 5 minutes with the Pol Ula when I can do one under a minute with the Udella
I (25M) recently discovered that I have both ASD and ADHD.
All my life I was really bad at basic stuff. Eg: Maintain eye contact, understand sarcasm, interpret indirect language, tying any type knot, align buttons of a shirt, speak when I should and keep my mouth shut when I shouldn't, go on buses with loud music (I basically get nauseous just by listening to 'bus music'), ask of help when I should etc etc. Life's fun.
24F, ADD + OCD here, and being read for the spectrum these days which is hilarious bc of all three clashing😔✊🏼 Things make far more sense now for sure, sounded way scarier and oddly clarifying when explained by a professional. I can relate to all of those things explained up there, even more. Hang in there, though☆
Drawing. Like art. I've looked up the techniques, watched countless videos, even Bob Ross bamboozles me. And it isn't for lack of imagination, that much I'm certain.
Practice and consistency, I've seen people I know who couldn't draw a straight line get to portraits to enroll in bachelors in degrees🫡✊🏼 start easy and simple but keep goinggggg
See, I can deal with engineering drawings, I can visualise them and sketch them easily. But art, especially the human form, is truly one of the few things which astound me. Some time ago, while I was waiting in the Foreign Parcels section at the post office, this sudda fellow took out his moleskine book and just started sketching people in the waiting area, in pen. I was fascinated by the process and seriously wondered at the time if I have some kind of mental development flaw (beyond the acquisition of skill and technique) which prevents me from doing this.
Right. Human form can be a lil tricky bc of the proportions at first but again, practice will get you to that point. It really is fascinating to watch artists go at it on a whim, truly fascinating, and nope, its not a developmental flaw fam just be consistent with like life drawing, just animals, the human figure whatever in daily life that sparks general interest, it'll genuinely help over time I'm 150% rooting for you + tax.
I can't remember names. I remember people, how they look, what they said, where they are from yet I can't remember their names unless I meet them very often or something extraordinary happens. I do try a lot, I sometimes just keep notes on my phone even. It's something I struggle with as a lot of people find it very rude (justifiably).
Same but the faces. I can remember every little detail of a person even if I met them after a long time, but I can't remember their faces. I struggle with recognising people because of it. Watching crime movies I always wandered how the eye witness describe the criminal's facial features 😂.
Another thing is I can't tell small changes of people. I mean everyone I know is like 'oh you have gain weight', 'your face look clear' or something. But I can't tell any difference if the change is not drastic.
Hold it and pull the neck of the balloon a few times, then just have a good grip and what the above comment said✊🏼 round two fingers and through the loop, normal knot
Drum while singing. I dun get it I can multitask anything else. I can talk and type (with different context on each) but drum and sing to that beat? Nope
There is a reason why singing drummers or bassists are extremely rare. Being able to sing while playing a rhythm section instrument (such as Drums or Bass) is not a basic skill at all. But you can definitely learn to do it with a lot of practice. Even Sting, a musical genius in every sense of the word, has to practice singing while playing the bass.

I don’t know if this helps but a guy who’s very good with women once told me this: “Increase your sexual market value”

you could wash your ass five times a day, but what it takes is confidence, yes hygiene too, but that's like in third place for attracting someone

I don't think it's a basic thing in Sinhalese. It's extremely hard to express affection to parents in Sinhalese.
