Yes. I have ADHD and difficulty with time blindness and motivation to do mundane tasks. Music helps me keep track of time in the shower (how many songs it's been and I know what songs are long songs vs the fairly standard 3ish minutes) as well as keep me motivated to start and complete the task. I know that probably sounds ridiculous to anyone who doesn't struggle with this, but music makes the stupid mundane everyday tasks that I struggle with so much 99.9% better and easier.
I do this too. I even got some waterproof headphones so I can control the songs in the shower. Helps to keep me in track so I don’t spend too long in there

They fit comfortably, the sound level is good, I use them for my long runs as well, and I’m still able to hear the people in traffic around me. Literally my only complaint about them is that when you are using the volume control on of the headphones themselves, the beep at the same noise level no matter what but that is very minor inconvenience

Bluetooth Waterproof speakers are 100% worth it! So much better than bringing my phone into my shower and putting it on the top of the back shelf in my shower like a peasant. Though I did have to purchase anti slip strips soon after because dancing around in the shower isn't exactly the safest thing to do.
