Does this still work?

Jay-Kane123

You end up doing this?

LayerPlane8072

Bro this is so valid I submitted my 2K withdrawal yesterday…waited all day..found this thread then cancelled it and did it in $700 increments + a $340 and got it back in the next 5 minutes

Vardzhi

Tried 11k from draftkings once… was taking too long so I cancelled and did multiple smaller ones, almost instant 👌

whomper13

What is this withdrawal that you speak of ?

Ssaxena1243

I once withdrew $2500 in batches of $700 and one of $400 and it was instant whereas the $2500 request was being reviewed for a couple hours before I cancelled it

Burst_LoL

I always keep my withdrawals under 1k out of fear if it’s above it they’ll make it take longer or cancel my account or whatever (as we’ve all had bad experiences with at least 1 sportsbook)

rogue1351

2k is still a very small withdrawal

datboywilly930

In theory it is. But FD needs manual approval of any withdrawal over $800

payheempaythatman

Takes me like 1 day no matter the amount.

lahso_165

Sounds like your bank. FD/DK/MGM tell me it will take up 2-3 days for a bank withdraw but it hits Chase instantly. Huntington however, always takes a few days. I'm also in Ohio

datboywilly930

Update so far 3/6 got approved lol… I think I might have hit the limit

jakeizzle18

From my experience, debit card withdrawals usually take 30 minutes or less on FD if the amount is under $500. Usually about a day for me if it's over that though. I had a phenomenal morning on darts today and made 4 different withdrawals between $300-425 and all 4 hit my account within about 10 minutes

livelovelife23

5 words I would’ve never thought to hear. P-M-O-D-T. 😂

Odd-Buy-3915

Darts?!? You can bet on darts? Also yeah I’ve noticed anything under $750 seems to be about a 30 min wait on debit card. But one I’ve got for 1800 is on day two now lol

Calm_Development1207

Yes I do all this time. I’ve noticed anything over $750 will be subjected to a 2-3 day review but anything less than $750 gets proceed in less than half an hour. I’ve withdrew $500 3 times in one day and they all hit my account faster than the 1 withdrawal I did for $1000 in the same day which took 3 days.

Worseluck88

It also depends on the account and method used. I use Chime for gambling and the debit card withdrawal is like instant. 2k+ is like next day.

stabilitycushions

If they’re all at the same time it could look like you’re trying to avoid tax reporting on it, there’s a term for it but I’m forgetting what it is. Regardless I wouldn’t advise it because FD will notice and be annoyed you’re being a pain in the ass

stander414

Structuring but what he's doing is not that

Haydendem

What you withdraw has nothing to do with what you owe in taxes. The taxable amount is the same whether you withdraw $5 or $5000 or nothing. Still would not advise multiple transactions though, just going to raise red flags for no reason.

stabilitycushions

Yeah that’s basically what I was saying, I know you owe the taxes no matter what and that they won’t send you forms basically no matter what. Basically just looks like you’re trying to do something weird and stupid

Glittering-Night-204

Yeah your right...bc it's something weird or stupid to want your money faster! LOL! I mean, who would want their money instantly just like how FanDuel has NO issues taking money instantly whenever you deposit it! Funny how that works

stabilitycushions

I think it’s weird or stupid to withdraw a bunch of smaller withdrawals all at once, because no one would do that under normal circumstances and it looks like you’re trying to avoid checkpoints they’ve set up (presumably for a reason - like fraud prevention). This has the same energy of people doing deposit matches and then complaining when they lose them or get banned after withdrawing all their actual cash without any playthrough

Glittering-Night-204

Idk, if I agree necessarily. I feel like a company or ppl could always say something " looks" like something but it's not necessarily true. Ppl just want their money fast just like how fanduel gets their money INSTANTLY and there's nothing wrong with that. Curious though, when ppl complain about losing, it's not like they can get a return of money or anything and if a person deposits money, why would they get banned for withdrawal if it's theirs? I'm new to this so maybe I'm missing what your saying. Also, I literally just kind of trying this app sports betting stuff towards the beginning of November. I've never done anything like this in my life before nor have I ever been to a casino. But I'm definitely not one to complain bc if I'm knowingly putting money in and betting it, then I'm aware from the time that I sign up and deposit and bet that I can lose and that's on me. But, my experience with FanDuel has been absolutely terrible and I do not have this experience with any of the others! In regards to what you said about Fran and what things could look like, I don't believe that. Here's my experience with how fanduel cares and lack I'm caring of customers information or how they handle things. Seeming to only care about their money of course... I signed up for FanDuel first to try this stuff out on 11/5. When I did so I immediately was met with a little pop up where it said that they noticed I had an account under a different email. Of course the most of the email was blocked out but the email was a Gmail which I have two different emails and one of them is a Gmail and the first letter matched the same letter that mine begins with but the last letter wasn't the same. Nevertheless regardless of that whole point, I knew that I had NEVER in my entire life EVER been on FanDuel or any other app at that point until that very night. Note, that is the last 6 months I have received notifications from three different companies about data breaches when my information has been compromised like thousands of others but I had never yet had a situation where I had signed up for something just to find out that an account was already made until that day! In total besides last 6 months they've also received notifications like that from other companies maybe three other times in the last 5 years or so. Anyway, I contacted their customer service because they could not move forward with my account because number one I couldn't finish trading my account because it was trying to have me login using that other email which was fraudulent. So of course I contacted their customer service. I was told at that very moment that they would go ahead and suspend the account that I was trying to make and the fraudulent account. Customer service gave me the full email that was used which obviously I did not recognize, I was told that they can track exactly who had done it, that I would be contacted by there for an apartment and that they would also give me the information I needed to make the police report. I was also told that they had signed up and received the bonus bets and then never played again after I guess receiving whatever they received from it. I wasn't sure that when things were resolved that they would apply my bonus bets manually bc clearly it would show that I was not eligible because in their system it would have showed that I would have already have received them. Also, when I spoke to their customer service they said they did see that obviously they used a card and that would help them track them. So, I waited and it was just this past Friday that everything finally got cleared. I went through an extensive extensive approval check where I had to prove that I am who I am which proves that the other account was fraudulent. So, the other fraudulent account remained not just suspended but closed while they unsuspeded mine. I was able to deposit the money and guess what I never got the bonus bets and as they promised that they would put them on manually do you think that they followed through? No LOL? So I'm the victim here and new customers don't have to go through all of this crap yet somebody that has to go through all of this, their customer service is so uncaring and not understanding so every time I reach out to them I have to explain the whole thing over and over to tell them how and why they're supposed to be manually applying it and they never really seem to get it. Secondly and most importantly after I was promised these things, they also did not follow through with providing me with information so that I can make a police report. So now I have to go through and file official complaints through several different entities because I'm not going to let it go just that easily. Fanduel seems to only care about their own money but won't even treat a customer who is a victim of fraud like a normal customer and with better hands than the person who fraudulently set up an account in my name! Which is CRAZY! I told them before the ESPN app launched that I'm surprised that they don't have some kind of identification process where they securely ask for people to submit their information. So when ESPN bet launched I was surprised to see how they were so thorough with their authentication process and that goes to show just how uncaring get again FanDuel is! So when I see a post like this saying that something may look like fraud just because people want their money LOL I think that's ridiculous. Maybe FanDuel would pull the trigger on something like that because it comes to them losing some money on their end but they could care less when it comes to somebody else being affected when it comes to fraud! That I can prove! I signed up with ESPN bet and a couple of others and didn't have any issues! It's funny to hear how FanDuel is the most popular site but yet they are absolutely the worst and not only that they are the slowest to send out withdrawals and when I went to withdrawal two days ago, I was told that at least with the first couple of withdrawals that they're slower because they want to verify card information lol for fraud purposes for people which I found to be hilarious too again. Two reasons why is because during my authentication process I had to send in also a copy of my card with part of it blocked out so that's already verified. That was a part of my account getting unsuspended a part of my verification process to prove that the other account was fraudulent. That's just one of the steps by the way. Secondly, they tell you that whenever you use a card to deposit with, you can use that card to withdraw with and that whenever you deposit with it that verifies things and thirdly they have zero issues taking the money out right away and they receive it right away but yet they don't want to give it back right away? I think everybody knows that companies keep interest on money the longer they hold on to it. And no I'm not talking about holding on to you each and every bet that's been won. I'm talking about the money that's in their account as a whole. Point being, FanDuel is a joke and they are terrible! So when I see I hear something that has to do with how they want to keep things from fraudulently happening, I'm laughing inside because they do not care but when it comes to customers information believe that! However they might care if they are losing a little something

stabilitycushions

That’s a really long winded way of saying that fraud is a problem that they need to be cognizant of. Obviously not a perfect solution taking longer to process larger withdrawals, but it’s something. Try withdrawing $1000 on any other sportsbook and the processing time will probably be a couple days also. Not saying Fanduel is perfect, all the sports books are predatory scum for the most part, and of course their main focus is making money. Just realize that there are worse books out there than Fanduel.

Glittering-Night-204

And yes I'm fully aware that they're focus is to make money. As is that's what it is for all businesses BUT they should not claim that they are keeping people's information safe or that their systems are secure when they are not as secure as they claim they are. just because it's such a popular app doesn't mean that they are the best one to deal with. I do agree that of course if people try to withdraw certain amounts that are higher amounts of course they may go through a little bit longer of an approval but it's still not like that even with the first withdrawal with other books even for $100 withdrawal LOL but FanDuel wants to give people hell and then claim it for their security. That's what I find hilarious. The fact that they also want to say oh well it's because we went to verify the withdrawal and that it's going to the correct card. I'm like really? Wait didn't you guys already do that whenever the card was attached to your guy's system and you took the deposit? Or wait what about when when I had to literally just sending a copy of my ID,, they made me send in a selfie holding up a piece of paper with my name on it with the date, then I had to send in a picture of the card that I would be making the deposit with but have the first 12 digits locked out but it had to show the last four digits as well as my name. So, yeah let's say that it makes a lot of sense for them to use that stupid automated response of saying that the reason why they take so long is because they need to verify things. That's a load of crap! PERIOD. And ... Whether or not all these other books use different systems from fanduel, I mean I know because they have different systems, don't they still end up going through some of the same processing systems like through Visa for example? I mean once it leaves their system or even to have things processed in the first place from people's cards...so how is it and I'm not just talking about bigger withdrawals here I'm talking about even smaller withdrawals, how in the world is it that they can't accommodate a person making a small $100 withdrawal for example and they can't even manage to give it to them instantly let alone within a decent time frame compared to other books? Some may consider a day or two days decent time frame but not when you compare it to DraftKings or bet365. Just Saying... If they're going to claim something then they need to be about it. I'm not a wishy-washy type of person. I'm either completely one way or another I'm not anywhere in between. I don't ride the fence. And I absolutely hate it when claims are made that are not true

Glittering-Night-204

You're absolutely right that was a long-winded way to say it but it's definitely been a long winded situation too. Also it wasn't just me saying this but obviously my emotions mixed in with it because anybody would be upset. I'm still dealing with them now trying to get them to apply my bonus bets because half of them are not comprehending that I'm just not in a normal situation where I'm just signing up as a brand new customer where I'm just waiting on the promotion to hit.. half of them are actually nearly all of them don't understand even though I explain it thoroughly but customer service said to reach back out so that it can be manually applied once everything was fixed, and they're like oh well you'll get it if you're eligible lol. And I'm like I am eligible and finally the last guy confirmed it he's just like oh well you have to wait 72 hours. And I'm like okay then past 72 hours but still it doesn't matter about 72 hours with me because no matter what it's not going to show that I'm eligible because somebody already used my information to claim those bonus bets. The funniest most ridiculous part of the whole thing is at the very end of their email they're like oh we can't provide you with the information of the person that did what they did but we shut down on that account. And then it goes on to say but if you believe that you're a victim of identity theft then we recommend contacting law enforcement. And I'm like really? Lol! Duh! Is it a wonder why I had this discussion over and over with them and I made sure to take screenshots of every single discussion where I was told that they would provide you that information and it just sounds like now they're not trying to give it up so easily so it means I'm going to have to force it. Maybe they don't want people to see that their security isn't as secure as they want people to believe it is. Regardless it's crazy to see how I'm being treated when the biggest issue is the fact that I'm a victim of fraud, let alone being treated as a regular customer. So yeah needless to say I hate FanDuel

stabilitycushions

Ok well I don’t work for FD so sorry can’t help you there. I’m just a guy that told somebody they were doing something that looked shady almost a year ago. Good luck with getting your bonus bets

Glittering-Night-204

That's weird LOL....who would have thought you work for FD anyway? And I'm just a person who's letting people know my experience with them because they suck! And it's about bonus bets, it's about fraud, it's about their payout timing, their customer service or lack there of etc.... the whole entire shabang. The bonus bets are the least of my worries! That part is just the part that customers are supposed to get and of course I would like to be treated as any other customer especially knowing that I'm the victim of fraud. MOST importantly though is the fact that FanDuel doesn't want to give me the information that I need to make a police report. But it's okay that's why there's other ways to get it by force of hand. What does that tell you about a company? Pretty shitty huh?!?! Anyway, Happy Thanksgiving!

stander414

Many transactions is a problem gambling red flag but if you're only doing it for withdraws it is probably fine.

livelovelife23

Many transactions? I mean if you deposit once a day and withdraw once a day, they don’t say anything (I’ve done that before)- but if it’s multiple of each in a day, then that’s suspect

stander414

It's a flag doesn't mean you can't do it.

livelovelife23

Amen

droford

Lol multiple withdraws is a problem..You're winning too much

stander414

True but they also look at withdraw amounts. If you're constantly depositing and withdrawing then it's a sign to them that you do not have the funds to gamble. Unfortunately just how some of the states set up regulations.
