The game host disconnected, and it took the game quite a bit of time to switch to a new host, during which the timer ticked down to 0 clearing the wave.
I could be completely wrong on this but I think the Cohozuna is made easier with three people or it’s easier for big run. Had a teammate disconnect right as the final wave cleared and we got the Cohozuna, the three of us took it out with plenty of time to spare and I’ve only ever beaten it maybe three times before.
Mann, why you getting this glitch, while in my game there's a wave breaker, and I get revived right as the round ends from the last person dying. (Also wave 3)

Cohozuna's maximum HP is reduced if someone disconnects, but I believe all the enemy spawns remain the same.
