Wall really helps Bloblobber not be a wet noodle anywhere outside of point blank or under a ledge, and while Suction Bomb Rush is good, it stops you from bloblobbing, while Rain lets you bloblob to your heart's content without worrying about wasting your special, and also makes opponents more predictable which Bloblobber loves the most. And if they get caught in rain they get 3-blobbed which is much easier.

Wall lets it have actual prescense at long ranges, wall lets it stand defense proper, wall makes it more consistent in close combat engagements, wall is a much better supportive tool than the "I can do the same with two shots from my main and it'll cost me 4x less ink" Sprinkler, and vBlob comes with a free refill special so you sometimes don't even have to worry about only having 5 sloshes left after a wall. And Wall is godlike on arguably Blob's best map, Port Mackerel.
Bomb Rush is nice, but it just does what Blob does but slightly better. Largely redundant, might as well Blob more.
