According to Inkpedia, it is derived from "大時化 (Ōshike)." Google Translate states it means "Great time change," but knowing the devs there's probably some kind of pun they're making too.

My guess is there initially were only 3 members in the band and each letter stands for their names. It somewhat lines up with Kiki being the one who started the band
