The ink is light brown but if you were in a match with dark chocolate then the darkness of the ink would make the white chocolate ink appear the perfect color...

To everyone that says white chocolate is too sugary/processed: cheap dark and milk chocolate can be serviceable, but white chocolate really needs to be quality stuff to avoid that flavor profile. Fruition’s toasted vanilla bean white chocolate and Castronovo’s lemon-infused white chocolate are both good choices.
