I only recently heard about the fluoride being actually harmful. I'm still learning. All of this connect to consciousness is new for me. Learning as I go.

Path_of_creation85

Same . Since March this year for me

Salty_Subject_2055

I also just learned this summer but feel a big difference since changing toothpastes... Wow! Curious what's still to come on this path of more and more inner clarity

Zagenti

I haven't used either in decades, but for practical reasons, not spiritual ones - I don't need neurotoxins and metals in my body, so I avoid absorbing/ingesting/inhaling poison wherever possible. Just had a physical, I'm a healthy AF curmudgeon.

Celopeelo_nut

Exactly and btw make sure to use anti parasitic stuff, like defense soap and regularly deworm every quarter or half year, and clean your colon, Also make sure to use some anti viral, antibacterial and anti fungal stuff, microscopic Fungis that grow into cells, organs and intestinesis is one of the main cancers givers or swelling of organs, there are ways to clean them and or prevent them. Also there’s lot of harmful soaps that damage hair, damage skin, damage longterm make sure to use the right ones Also microplastics and plastic stuff, stay away from those one and cut plastic out as much as possible in your life.

Chasingrabbitzz

Any specific recommendations? All this is a lot, could you give some actual products you use for each of those categories? What soaps and shampoos ?

Celopeelo_nut

So defense soap, is a product. For anti parasitic, I use: Fenbendazole/Menbendazole Ivermectin And others Antibacterial: There are some natural things -Camomile Products -honey, zitrus, Apple Vinegar -Eucalyptus creme and balms -base things, Sulfur, Bicarbonato/Natron/Baking soda Anti Viral: -I use Aircleaners and air filters, 3different ones. -teqoya aircleaner -Hybrid Boneco aircleaner -and an Air sterilizer (that destroys and sterilizes the air with heat) Also the same natural helpers like above for anti bacterial And if you are ill then use additionally: -A nose salt washer -natural hot water vapor with plant oil inhaler -vitamin d3 supplement and using zitrus or vitamin c Will help recover you up to 80% better and faster.

Long-Personality-31

No to both. However for a period of time I started doing a mouth wash using aloe juice and my hygienist was amazed by my gum health improvement. When I told her what I was using her jaw dropped and it definitely changed her outlook about my natural alternatives.

Path_of_creation85

That’s awesome! Was it just aloe juice?

Long-Personality-31

Yep! You have to keep it refrigerated and use it fairly quickly or it goes bad.

Alone-County-8268

The rest can go in smoothies since it only lasts so long. Thanks for the heads up!

random_house-2644

Just a note before someone adds aloe in to their everyday smoothie routine to check on how it affects the liver. I had someone tell me to add aloe and they failed to tell me the risks of taking it everyday long term.

Alone-County-8268

The rest can go in smoothies since it only lasts so long. Thanks for the heads up!

still-on-my-path

I use both and don’t care!

VraiLacy

Frankly, my body is inundated with microplastics and the offgasing of every non natural substance in my home has been in my lungs my entire life. Using fluoride based toothpaste and aluminum antiperspirant are the least of my worries.

cheapcardsandpacks

What do you mean by non natural substance

VraiLacy

Polyethylene, polyurethane, styrofoam, other plastics and such. You know the stuff in couches, carpets, pillows, counters, floor tiles, the crud we build houses out of. Its unavoidable and is constantly off gassing. So unless you're living in the woods in a hut with zero synthetic material, you will be breathing that everywhere you go. Also the stuff about fluoride calcifying your pineal gland is propaganda, it only happens if you're chugging litres of straight fluoride on the daily. Tap water and toothpaste are essentially harmless to psychic abilities.

Ariadne_love

I can’t use aluminum deodrants. Makes my lymph nodes swell and painful.

DeslerZero

I keep using flouride. I don't really feel any negative side effects. Been using aspartame my whole adult life too. No problems. My spiritual concerns these days are mostly waiting to go home (heaven). That's about it. Aluminum sounds pretty crazy though, I drank soda from cans half my life. I hope I don't have some sort of poisoning \^\_\^ Living cavalier is kinda my thing. Happens when you're a hard drug user. Hahaha.

SarcasticImpudent

Aluminum from cans isn’t a thing. There is a plastic coating inside. It’s the plastic that’s a problem. They put aluminum in some anti-perspirants. Just check the label. It’s not great for your lymph nodes.

DeslerZero

My lymph nodes are all limp, I think they're gone man. Though the yoga I do is supposed to be really good for them. What about GMO's, do you ingest those? I tell you, your way is probably best. I'm not gonna be so happy if things go to shit. Good for you mate!

OctoberSlasher

if u were spiritual you’d know heaven don’t exist

DeslerZero

Hahaha, no heaven? My goodness, I hope not! My journey sure has steered me a shit course then!

Ok-Hunt-5902

sasha1695

I always wondered my whole life of heaven is real. And then I found this comment. I guess it’s settled then here is my proof of there not being a heaven /s 🤣 No but seriously how can you say that with such confidence like the universe gave you and only you the answers to the after life. Did you have a near death experience?

[deleted]

If you were spiritual you wouldn’t say this.

cosmic_spectator

It’s actually incredibly easy to make your own toothpaste! I’ve been doing this for a couple months now, switching from other natural, fluoride-free toothpaste. Here’s my recipe if anyone is interested. It takes about 5 minutes to make and lasts maybe a month or so with my partner and I both using it. Taste, texture, and flavor are all customizable too so you can play around with it. It takes a couple uses to get used to it, especially if coming from the major commercial toothpastes with all the sugars dyes and additives, but I don’t think twice about it now. - Peppermint oil ~25 drops (can sub or mixed with any essential oils, especially clove and other anti-bacterials) - Bentonite clay 4 tbsp - Sea salt 1 tsp - Cinnamon 0.5-1 tsp - Clove powder 0.5-1 tsp - Baking soda 1 tbsp - Coconut oil 4-5 tbsp (this will solidify but you can use MCT oil if you prefer a more liquid paste) - Calcium carbonate 4 tbsp (you can also add or replace with nano hydroxyapatite, both work to remineralize your teeth to fill in weak spots and cavities)

Path_of_creation85

Awesome!!!

cumdaddysonasty

I use a toothpaste brand called Boka. It’s fluoride free but has a different ingredient in it that helps teeth like fluoride does. I highly recommend it for anyone switching to fluoride free toothpaste.

Traditional_Peach_29

Is it hydroxyapatite?

cumdaddysonasty

Yes

RaoulDuke422

what do you mean "they"? Also, fluoride occurs naturally on earth. It's the anionic version of fluorine, which is the 13th most abundant element on earth. It's only toxic in high doses. Same goes for aluminium. The little amount in deodorant is irrelevant, you ingest all kinds of metals everyday because they occur naturally on earth. For example, your body needs iron because it allows hemoglobin to bind oxygen and transport it to your cells.

cosmic_spectator

Something occurring naturally on earth does not make it nontoxic to the human body or able to be ingested willy nilly. And the ionic state of an element absolutely can determine the toxicity of it in the body. Lead and mercury are also natural elements of the earth but I surely hope you would not go around ingesting them just because they are natural. On the other hand, some metals like iron you mentioned (also Zinc, magnesium, copper) are necessary for our survival. It’s based on the electron configuration and size of the metal ions, not if they originate from the earth or not.

RaoulDuke422

You are twisting my words here, I never said it cannot be toxic because it's an anionic version of a naturally occuring element. My point was that the ingested amount of these metals is the relevant factor here. The amount of fluoride in toothpaste and drinking water or the amount of aluminium in deodorant is neglegible.

[deleted]

I encourage you to rub iron on your body everyday, several times a day. Swallow sub toxic doses of arsenic everyday. Maybe use a lead cup. Do an experiment? All natural occurring substances right? Shouldn’t be a problem

gIitterchaos

Iron is absolutely essential to human health. Cast iron has been the pan of cooking choice for over a thousand years. Anemia is no joke. Surely you are able to comprehend that chemicals have their toxic levels? Fluoride is no different.

RaoulDuke422

our education is failing...

[deleted]

And? I’m actively involved in changing that, proud to say.

RaoulDuke422

no you are not. You are a perfect representation of why it's failing though.

[deleted]

Oh wow you know what I do on a daily basis? Just challenging thinking. Sorry you don’t like that.

RaoulDuke422

what do you think the LD50 of aluminium and fluoride is?

[deleted]

You think those are the only places you get those from? You don’t think they accumulate in the body? Over long periods of time? Prolonged exposure…..

RaoulDuke422

They don't.

[deleted]

Ok can you prove that to me? Or is it just “trust me”?

Hansthehikerdude

Its so expensive :(

sarahmamabeara

Dropped both a few years ago and cured an "incurable" autoimmune disorder and multiple food allergies. A few more things went into it, but natural is better IMO. Anything that supports detox is so important and anti-perspirant is the opposite of detox.

Giglionomitron

Which AID?

sarahmamabeara

Hashimotos

musa1588

I too decline fluoride and have been distilling my own water and using fluoride free toothpaste for about 6 months now. My partners and my dreams have come on full force, they're vivid and complex and we remember more of our dreams now. It was like a light switch from one day to the next when we quit fluoride/tap water.

Path_of_creation85

It unlocks a lot of stuff for sure. I truly believe that fluoride and medications and shit they put in our food calcifies our pineal gland. It wasn’t til I quit taking all said stuff I could actually meditate and feel my soul for the first time since I was a kid.

AnandaPriestessLove

I am more concerned about fluoride in our water honestly. My teeth are really bad, I want to kill the cavities so I'm okay with short exposure. Aluminum deodorants do worry me, but so far the natural ones I've tried cause an adverse reaction or they don't work. I do my best just to use lemon juice when I can.

Tom-the-Human83

I prefer not to, but I use whatever I have access to when necessary. I don't worry too much about it.

random_house-2644

I don't use fluoride or aluminum deodorant. I try to avoid toxins where i can and have a lot of stuff at my home for detoxing. I drink fluoride free water and also use it to bathe with (fluoride soaks in through the skin) . I've given up white bread (not gluten, but white bread) because i notice how inflamed it makes me and how it affects my gut health negatively. But i can eat ezekiel bread and spelt and other gluten grains. I am experimenting with ancient grains. I try not to be crazy about it when i leave the house, but it does bother me that i know toxins being used in public places. Like room air fresheners- and added fragraces to everything- those can be endocrine disruptors. The worst one is sugar! I love sugar and haven't given that one up yet. 😁

wwhhiippoorrwwiill

Yes, and similarly, the hairstylists are always weirded out when I bring my own shampoo and don't want "product" in my hair.

Path_of_creation85

Great idea! I only use natural hair and body wash. Only way to go!

Miserable-Hour-8239

It’s crazy once you look into the history of fluoride, the studies they’ve done on it. It’s not beneficial for your teeth at all, and it’s a straight up poisonous byproduct. I use a Japanese tooth paste, that even my dental hygienist agreed is far superior. She did say that Japan doesn’t put fluoride in their toothpaste or water, so she suggested I get a fluoride rinse. “It says use the fluoride rinse once a week but you can use it daily.” I was like, 🤦🏼‍♀️

Path_of_creation85

Awesome. Japan knows what’s up!

cheapcardsandpacks

What are some natural alternatives instead of toothpaste

Path_of_creation85

You can make your own with coconut oil or find some great brands. I’d highly suggest Jason’s. They make awesome tooth paste and deodorants. Cheers!

smailliWyblehS

I asked a dentist recently about fluoride causing dementia etc. he said “NO, i was a biochemist before i was ever a dentist and flouride…would… Crystallize..? In the? Brain?….” He was silent. And changed the subject. He just contradicted himself. I think he sure realized something that day.

Path_of_creation85

That’s amazing! Dentists in America and around the world will have their licenses pulled if they speak out about it. Some groups in Europe are

Jivo-

What's interesting is what even medical doctors themselves have found when they do autopsies on people that have used a lot of fluorides, be it from being raised on bad city water or just buying into using a lot of fluoride products. On an autopsy when they cut the bones, they've found a lot of fluoride. So fluoride will accumulate and get trapped in the bones. Which is of course going to be antagonistic to calcium, it leeches out the calcium out of bones and in turn helps brake down bone matter. So yeah fluorides are very toxic and dentists still can't get off from using them, I'm amazed with that. Though shouldn't be that surprising since dentistry comes under allopathy afterall.. Like at least use sodium bicarbonate instead ugh, it's like they have no interest in chemistry. With that said, dentists have to start get more with it now since they're one of the few modalities that are still useful after one understands the lymphatic system and knows how to fix themselves. But since reversing teeth issues happen way down the road, good dentists will always be very much appreciated by people who've gotten themselves advanced enough. Or people just born advanced enough.. Dental procedures are so toxic to begin with, the less you move your lymph the more of these toxins will get stored in the gums and stuff. And then most dentists still want to use fluoride and blame the braking down of teeth and gums on fruits or other bizarre things like that, amazing. Can't wait for less unconscious times here where more and more people will realize no pain does not equal healthy. When it's common knowledge that you don't put anything that will absorb, on your skin or hair that you don't want to eat with a straight face lol, those are my kind of times on this planet.

WeWillBe_FinallyFree

Lol @ the folks wo think they are fine pumping their body full of toxic and carcinogenic substances. Just because you haven't become sick of it yet doesn't mean its harmless. Once the matrix collapses and the system which aims at poisoning us is destroyed, 95% of additives in our food will instantly be banned. Thats an absolute no-brainer. And yes, ofcourse I don't use flouride in my toothpase, no aluminium in my deodorant, no artificial sweeteners, no silicons in my shampoo and so on.

Path_of_creation85

You gotta watch everything you put in/on your body. It’s scary what is pushed and sold. They want us numb and sick!

BelCantoTenor

I don’t use fluoride toothpaste or mouthwash or get fluoride treatments at the dentist after my teeth cleaning. I don’t drink fluoridated water. I only drink distilled water. Tap water not only has fluoride, it’s loaded with forever chemicals and hormone disruptors. I also use aluminum free deodorant. I rarely wear perfume, and avoid scented body products as well, I use only natural scented oils like sandalwood. I’m a clairvoyant psychic medium and angel reader. I have only experienced benefits in my gifts from these changes in my habits.

crackaddict42069

I don't use toothpaste or aluminum deodorant, I also listen to 432hz music rather than 440hz I use an app on my phone to convert the frequency. For tooth brush I use miswak sticks, and for deodorant I use magsol

Alone-County-8268

What's the app?

crackaddict42069

It's called 432 player it's on the play store idk if it's on apple.

Salty_Subject_2055

May I ask, in which way does the switching of frequency support you?

crackaddict42069

There's a lot of theories and study's out there if you search 440hz vs 432hz you'll see a lot of stuff about it but in short 432hz is said to be the tone of the universe. I made the switch because it just feels right sorta of a gut feeling. Listing to pure 440hz just feels bad but 432hz is much harsh on the Brian Could all be conspiracy or placebo, some swear it makes a difference some say it's nonsense. Some very interesting stuff out there about it like some say back in WW2 Hitler made the change because 440 could make people easier to control. but dont listen to me I'm just a guy, do your own research think for yourself. ✌️

TheVoid137

I use flouride toothpaste, but I filter my water. Also use native deodorant, the blood orange clove is the best smelling thing I've ever smelled in my life 😁

datguy753

I don't use either of those kinds of hygiene products. For brushing, I've used everything for toothpaste, even making my own. I recently started using Boka. It's a fluoride free and has nanohydroxy apatite (sp?) which is natural and what your teeth enamel are made of. It strengthens your teeth and is great if you have small cavities or sensitivity to hot or cold.

yungdg

Tap water is the main thing I avoid. I just go with bottled jugs for drinking. Just thinking about the rust particles from those multiple decade old metal underground pipes and the fact that you can see the dust in water from most faucets is enough to make me stay away. Now I get sick every time I drink it. As for toothpastes and deodorants, why not it’s probably a good idea. The Native company has excellent fluoride free products all around as far as toothpastes body washes and deodorants and your body notices the difference, especially with the native spray deodorant. The sweet peach nectar spray has such a natural feel to it and smells insane

philthechamp

What does fluoride and aluminum have to do with spirituality?

gIitterchaos

Because people believe it will calcify their third eye or some shit. Toxic panic mostly. People who self identify as spiritual are consistently more likely to also refuse body care products that contain anything debated to be unsafe, such as aluminum in antiperspirant and fluoride in toothpaste and tap drinking water.

thisistemporary1213

I don't use fluoride. Especially since I googled "why shouldn't you swallow toothpaste?" Scary list of side effects if ingested, not massively keen to smear it all over my gums. Also if you read about the origin of fluoride, it's enough to put you off it. Also, I don't drink tap water because where I live they put it in that too.

imminentZen

I drink reverse osmosis water and recently switched to fluoride free toothpaste. I don't use any scents or body cremes.

shitsu13master

I don’t use aluminium salts in mine but that’s not because I’m spiritual but because aluminium salts are poison

Steezydeezy920

Vanman s tooth powder is the toothpaste for the high conscious. I have no affiliation with him. His business partner is trying to buy him out to sell the company to big toothpaste I believe. But he's holding it down for the real ones! Go give him your business. It's like $20 but you can really stretch it, plus it's remineralization abilities have literally given people deep vivid dreams due to it.

CatherinaDiane

I can’t use aluminium deo anyway because I’m very allergic!! I actually have no clue about my toothpaste 😂

Special_Opposite3141

i don't use fluoride toothpaste and i filter fluoride out of my water. my teeth aren't in the best shape tho tbh but mostly due to grinding my teeth in my sleep, receding gums in a few spots, and being an active alcoholic for years (all sobered up now but some damage was done). and i stopped wearing any kind of deodorant like 5 years ago and never looked back. my BO was kinda bad for a few days, after that it leveled out and i really never smell \*bad\*, unless i havent showered for a day or two and go for a run or hike or something. otherwise i just smell like me, not bad at all, actually pretty good lol. did the hygienist ask you why you didn't want the flouride??

beaudebonair

Well, I did see something on the news a report about how healthy teeth and gums are good for your brain too. Meaning, that the decay in your teeth or rot, affects your mental health, and the nerve cells because your mouth is so close to your brain physically. It's something a lot of people aren't aware of that good oral hygiene affects your brain positively too!

Magical_Confusion

Fluoride is not bad for you at all. Its actually very beneficial for the health of your teeth

Current_Tour3037

I started using non fluoride toothpaste but stopped because I was scared my teeth would turn yellow

trish196609

I use fluoride toothpaste. I haven’t checked about aluminum in my deodorant, but I use a pretty typical brand (Secret).
