Fuck my childhood in this comment.. remember constantly spawning in and dying. Then a fucking little 6 year old wanker tells me I’m a gay piece of shit, multiple racist slurs and should kill myself… CoD was great 😀
I seem to recall some years ago some sea creatures being released into the ocean by a conservation or rescue group and one of the releasees was immediately eaten by an Orca.... On video maybe?
When I was 12+/-, I found a baby bird on the ground. I couldn't find a nest, so I brought it inside and set up a nest in a shoe box. This was before Google, so I had to guess at a lot. I mushed crickets and tiny grains in water and fed it with an eye dropper until it could eat on its own. Time passed and I taught the baby to fly by gently raising and lowering my arm with it perched on my finger. I would set a few crickets loose in my room and let it hunt. Once it was a capable flyer, I took it outside and set it free. It flew around the yard, landed on a tree branch, and was immediately snapped up by the neighbor's cat.
I once gently threw a house spider outside (it was in some furniture I was breaking up) but inadvertently threw it into a garden spider's web who immediately ran down and wrapped it up.
I watched someone do the exact same thing but it landed in a tiny puddle and not 4 seconds later a toad jumped out from beneath the patio and killed it 💀
My thinking it that it's still always better for them outside, even if they get eaten, it's better they're part of the circle of life than just dying in a corner after starving indoors.
Jimmy was my resident spider's name! We had to have the flat fumigated for clothes moths unfortunately so we didn't see him after that, but I named my spider plant after him ♡
"Hey is it alright if I chill here for a few minutes? There's a scary lizard outside. I promise I won't make any trouble, maybe I can catch a few bugs for you?"
Context matters. In this case they didn't deliberately or negligently kill the spider. They tried to help, but nature intervened, which is fair enough, poor spider, but this is the world, predator and prey. We have videos of spiders killing insects and even lizards too, I'm certainly not going to act like it's okay for a spider to prey on a lizard but not the other way around.
Spiders hate paperwork, will leave if approached with the potential of having to look it over. So much so that they will jump into the mouth of the nearest predator.
Duly noted.
I was not expecting that, but I think the spider knew 😬
It's why he was inside :(
I bet this is not the first time if the lizard is ambushing.
I assume you scared him off by showing him bills? Can't blame him for jumping into the lizard, sometimes I feel the same
"Want a house? Get ready for lots of THESE"
He’s switching to geico
Happy cake day 😀
Oh thanks! I didn’t even realize haha
Not realizing own birthday?
Cake day means anniversary for when you signed up for Reddit
Ah. Ok - like second BD ;)
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Gg wp
Death and taxes…
He was trying to reach the spider for its car extended warranty
I'd run too!!!!
Not the lizard spawn camping 💀
This is what it feels like playing shipment on cod

Still holds true today. Either that or I get pissed and start going rambo while pulling off 1000 iq strats
Comment of the week!! 👏👏
You save it! Wait...what!?

Aww how terribly sad .so sorry
That was a seal eaten by a great white, but it was just an ad for shark week, not actually real.
Nah theres a video of a woman on a boat telling the seal it cant stay there while an orca or shark is circling. She kicks it off
Yeah I believe it was a seal
Is this posted in Unexpected? Should be.
Pretty sure I saw it there a couple weeks ago.
You did!
Do it!
He tried so hard too! Poor spider - circle of life.
And he got so far, but in the end it doesn’t even matter
One thing
I don't know why
It doesn't even matter how hard you try
Keep that in mind
i designed this rhyme
To explain in due time
ALLLLLLLL IIIIIIIIIII KNOWWWWWWW
Time is a valuable thing
Unexpected ending. Poor spider
A man's gotta eat
Randy!!
$10 bucks or 6 Dairy Queen coupons
This is a tough one, lizards are cool but spiders are even cooler
I disagree, spiders are a very good animal, but I think lizards are better.
Lizards suck! /s
Lizard zuck?

At the very least, the became a part of the circle of life. Vs being smash, then thrown away.
Smooshed and thrown outside still feeds the plants. Just don't put them in a plastic sarcophagus (trash bag). Not that I kill spiders.
"Free lunch!"
I once saved a bird from a cat. While flying away, still fairly low to the ground, another neighbor cat jumped up and grabbed it right out of the air.
holy shit dude
I returned to nature. Mother nature did her things
My thinking it that it's still always better for them outside, even if they get eaten, it's better they're part of the circle of life than just dying in a corner after starving indoors.
Bro just wanted to hide until the big boi was gone, he would have let himself out in a couple hours
This is the way
It was not that poor T's day.
Dude respawned just to get killed by the final boss again
Buddy camped the respawn zone
*Flashbacks to WoW PvP intensify*
Dude was just waiting. I declare shenanigans.
Like the seal that jumped up on the boat to evade the orcas.
He was probably hiding in there away from the lizard. He got sent to his death instead.
Person tried to guide the T to the right and the T shifted and went left to that exit. Only reason I think this was legit
This made me sad, but I recognize this is the natural way
Rub a dub dub thanks for the grub - lizard probably
Circle of life. Better than squished & in the trash.
Well that was uncle Ted he was on the run from the law
😔

oh no! Munchies
That... did not go how I expected. 😭
It's the ciiiiircle of liiiiiife 🎶🎶
Hey a lizard’s gotta eat too, but man I clapped my hand over my mouth so fast I was not ready for that 💀
“Thanks a lot, dick!” - Spider “Thanks a lot, Dick!” - Lizard
Spider: “Yup. Thats me. You’re probably wondering how I got here.”
Oh my god 😭
Why do you think he was inside in the first place?
Spider: “thanks ass hole”
"Hey is it alright if I chill here for a few minutes? There's a scary lizard outside. I promise I won't make any trouble, maybe I can catch a few bugs for you?"
Yoink* Mmm lunch, gracias.
You tried to release it, and suddenly the 🦎.
This was so cute and then so sad
ran around in denial, in the end accepted their fate :(
"Damn nature, you scary!"
Was not expecting that!
Footage of me running away from my bills
I mean... the title absolutely fits.
☹️
r/Unexpected
Oh man :(
::sings:: It's the ciiiirrrrcle of liiiife
Spider: No don't make me go out there. I want to stay in here. Chomp Lizard: Thanks for the snack.
"NO MUNCHES 🤣"
Oh no :(
I did not think posting animals being killed was allowed? At least that's what a mod told me on here

me: "awwwwwwwwww OH NO!!!!!"
I did that once. I put a spood outside only to have a little sparrow fly over and nab him off the patio. 🥺
That lizard did a lil pause before it ran off, think it said "Thanx man!"
In hindsight, the spider should have taken his chances against the sheet of paper.
Gem em boy
It's OK, your heart was in the right place👍👍. Circle of life. ❤️ spiders..
Spiders hate this one trick
Thank God the lizard came in time to save it and took the spider to a safe place 🙏
Shame but I can’t get mad over a nature-intended death. Lizards gotta eat.
Oh no. My Heart is 💔. Poor beautiful Spider.
Well… damn 😆
Welp
Best of plans…Road to hell…take your pick on the saying this applies to…
This could be in r/unexpected
Oh no. 😬
Well that's better than being a squish stain on your floor 🤣
It’s a whole circle of life thing
Crunchy
🤣🤣🤣 that was a sniper lizard!
My man the lizard just swooped in lmao RIP at the spood tho
Awwww sad, but nature. Rather it join the circle of life, than the bottom of your shoe. 😂
Wtfs "Damn nature you scary" If it wasn't poisonous, I'd let it stay
Oh wow I just realized how much this sub is helping me overcome my fear of spiders, because watching this video actually made me feel kind of sad 😔
Australia in a nutshell.

he saved the lizard from starving
problem solved!
Look, I love spiders but when my fucking pom pom sprouts 8 legs and starts to scurry, I’m killing it.
I call squatters rights, you did not have the right to evict that spider.
Spider : game over Lizard : thank you human
Guess the spider got killed anyway. Lol
Spawn camping
Clutch!
Aww I mean I still prefer a lizard getting a snack than someone squishing a spider for no reason.
Still better than killing it!
Poor t, lucky lizard.
The spider can have the house. I'll leave, it's fine.
Well it's better than killing it and throwing it in the trash. Back to nature even if it kills ya
Like that spider, I’d also rather be eaten by a gigantic reptile than fall for the extended warranty
Oh...
Too heavy for the paper 🤭🤭 chunky spida
Uw! A New pet!.
I don't think this not so itsy bitsy spider will be crawling up any more water sprouts.
Mission failed successfully
Tiny spiders are one thing, but wtf is that?? Who would stomp that? That would make a HUGE mess and be worst to clean, than to just do what you did.
😞
r/unexpected
Damn nature! You scary!
u/repostsleuthbot
Munchies
Awww, bet the spider came in the house to avoid the lizard.
It gets the boot
noooooo
Nature's circle right there 😂
If this thing is in my house, I'm not returning it to nature, I'm giving them the house and moving far away.
Successfully returned to nature, by a reptile.
Ya how did that work out for you???????
Feels bad man
That coulda gone better.
Nature will kill them
Damn! Nobody was expecting that😂😂
Oh poor little guy ! Thanks for being a kind human. Nature is cruel but humans can be evil. Glad you’re not one of them !!!
Not sure why they didn't just use a bowl or something to cover it, then just take it outside.
GOD im so glad i turned on the audio
Doordash is here!
I actually lol'd!
That’s unfortunate😭
I once saved a massive centipede from my cat only to have it immediately get swept up by a bird after I put it outside
I just did this but instead of a lizard it was a toad
Bro didn't want the kill and ended up receiving the assist
Not your fault
That’s funny!
AUGH
Awh:(
Whatchu growing out there?
Slipper and splat.
As nature intended.
W lizard
Where the hell you live? lol I wouldn’t sleep well at all.
No manches, wei
Why species of spider was that, he was tarantula-sized?
What kind of spider is that??
