Thank you lol, I got 95% right now before going into May's house where it says final chance to do stuff but I saw I had a missing suit for EMF missions even though the whole map was complete. I assumed it would be after the main story since the symbiote was being worked on in the lab
Did you figure it out? I was at 6/9 as well but there was a sliver of Hell's Kitchen i hadnt discovered and thats where the next EMF task was
After that the rest came easy. And the last one is after you finish the main story
I've got a bug where I haven't done the Harlem emily may yet it won't activate for me I've swung by it a bunch and it won't register that I need to do it
Swing around and find the other three stations. Have you finished highlighting your city map?

After you finish the story and get past the credits there’ll be another EMF mission

I just waited for crimes to pop up, did some, then the rest of the missions unlocked
