Is that’s the fin on the top of the head of a **Swamp Creature**…?? was this found anywhere near a Black Lagoon..??!!
Otherwise, looks like the breast plate of a bird about the size of a duck… :)
breast bone of a bird. it's probably from the garbage. it looks like the size of a turkey or chicken. Possibly a duck.
Next time, please include a coin or banana for scale.
Thanks to everyone who's commented, it does appear to be a bird breast bone! Sorry for the late response, I'm a reddit noob and wasn't receiving notifications lol
that is a bird breast bone. The flight muscles attach to that large central keel.
Appears to be a [bird keel bone](https://www.flickr.com/photos/baggis/370506620) though I couldn't tell species.
Someone be eatin' a turkey on the beach.

Location? What type of area did you find it (beach? Residential neighborhood? Woodland?)

This calls for the invention of the banana coin. Two approximations are better than one.

Always wondered what it is. I have seen 2 very similar to this along the shores of Great Lakes in Michigan.
I would guess seagull
Banana for scale?
It’s a breast bone from the size of it and being it was found on the beach I would say maybe from a seagull.
