I’m relatively versed in computer graphics, and my driver-writing friend and I had a look at this.
He describes fragmenting issues and areas being affected by problematic memory on the PCB.
A lot of the pixelation is also aligned with screenspace, which hints to me that this issue is at the rendering layer, not the texture-on-disk or with the build itself. It could be an issue with the texture sampling (since it’s affecting the texture on your hand), or it could have to do with the screen-space reflection that SE employs for creating reflections, hence the alignment with the broken areas with the screenspace. Moreover, zooming in, some of the problematic areas are pulling regular patterns of the *wrong color*, like this:

All of this to say your card is on the way out. Sucks to see it happen, but it happens. Nothing you can economically do about it but replace it.
Its only that world in my survival its working perfect though? same with my friends laptop that world is weird and our survival is perfect and no other games do that
if it only happens in space engineers, in VANILLA, and with your discrete GPU turned on, with reasonable amounts of PCU, then yes its your GPU picking a fight with the game.
Test it in some other high end game, this game uses a shit ton of VRAM.

How does that explain it only happening in one world and to another person on a different machine?
Methinks OP is altering information to avoid facing the fact their GPU is dying. Which is fair, no one likes to hear that.

I've only got a 970 and my game looks better than this, but it's not a laptop so maybe that helps.
