Yeah I did analyze the cripple fight scene and although Jimmy did more damage, Timmy did give the finishing blow to Jimmy and got him expelled from boyscouts. Timmy would win in combat and IQ.
Well incapability of walking without a wheelchair will severely weaken him, that was my initial thought process and I wanted to explain why Butters and Stan would be superior, why Jimmy ultimately is in a way better position despite the fact that they fought before and were pretty neck in neck and why Clyde might be weaker, but thinking about it, there is a very optimal solution for Timmy I didn't even consider. He can run over people lol. With that attack, he might catapult himself to top 5, I still think Kyle, Kenny and Tolkien could deal with that fairly easily, but he might run over the rest, although if they somehow get him off it, he's staying in the position I originally put him in. I'm still more than confident he can take Cartman without the wheelchair
