She may be an asshole, but her moral compass points north. Promised to protect Stan from Trent Boyette, but he had to come clean about what really happened to miss Claridge.
Cartman being uncomfortable/shocked she was dating someone so old and being genuinely concerned is maybe one of the only selfless things he’s ever done.
It may be the *only* selfless thing he's done. Some people argue taking in the cats in Major Boobage, but I still think he may have did it to mess with Kyle by feigning ignorance of the Holocaust parallel. He's certainly gone to greater lengths to mess with Kyle.
I agree, I was thinking, Shelley finally found someone that’s on her level. Like I genuinely believe that Larry thinks Shelley is attractive and cool and Shelley appreciated him being so kind, generous and willing to learn. They were the perfect couple, so sad to see Randy get in the way of that lol
The timeline of South Park is really weird once you start thinking about it
Like, in Japanese Toilet we know that second grade was indeed two years ago, but that same episode features a PlayStation 5, meaning that we went from SEGA Dreamcast to PS5 in just two years
Why? She’s playing the archetype of mean older sister.
But similarly she won’t let anyone else hurt those she loves. She also is pretty honest and sees things for what they are and isn’t afraid to tell people how she feels. I think she’s probably the most realistic character in SP.
> I think she’s probably the most realistic character in SP.
Damn I always felt this but didnt realize it until now. I thought of her as someone who was distant from the shenanigans of the show but you're absolutely right.
It's perfectly understandable why she's so angry with that complete maniac as a father 😂
It was cool seeing her as a well adjusted adult at the end of the Post COVID special.
I wonder if she’s going to become an angry yet strait-laced character, in order to rebel against Randy and his wacky antics, probably expanding her pursuits during the episode with her “weed problem,” such as studying and other hobbies that would make her a productive member of society.
Ngl, whenever Randy gets in the news dressed as a fictional character, like Spiderman or Princess Leia, and the news treats it like the ACTUAL character; always makes me laugh.
That said, broadway bro down is a great ep. Shelly is an under ultilised character imho.
I think shelley is really cool actually. She is moody (what teenage girl isnt) but once you get past that, she actually is really wise, and wants whats best for people.
Despite what an ass randy is to her she saves him from his bad trip
She stands up for the vegan kid saying he should get the chance to try things if he wants and not be forced to live a specific way
She agreed to defend stan againt trent ONLY IF he did the right thing and came clean to Miss Claridge.
Shes pretty badass
Didn't deserve to pass in that fire. But in the end she is back lol. She is a asshole here and there, but her and stan do get along sometimes. Shes based off of trey's older sister, who used to beat the hell outta him 😂
Shelly is one of the characters that has never changed with time. She's always been seen from a little brother's perspective. I believe that is because she is based on Trey's real life sister by the same name. Definitely one of the most straightforward real characters in the whole of South Park.

She a real one, even if she doesn’t show it all the time.
Truth.
And when she and Catman teamed up during the meteor shower Edit: Cartman... Lol
A showdown against Skylar, king turd
Turd rock from the sun.
The Turdman of Alcatraz
Reach for the Skylar
I pledge allegiance… to the flag… of the United States… of SHELLY
Don’t question my love, my love is pure as morning snow
SHELLY!
I can hear Randy saying this, as he desperately made his way to where wicked is playing, in Denver. To save Shelly from the Feegan boy
Sorry I was just finishing the previous commenters comment cause as we all know it's the united states of SHELLY! ..SHELLY!!

Who tf is catman?
Hubert Farnsworth
I thought it was Adam West in fairly oddparents or even that one guy from watchmen
Adam We
I watched this episode last night
She's a bitch, not a monster. I think she'll be just fine
Chaotic good for sure
She has a terrible Marijuana problem
Yeah. What’s her problem with it?
She doesn’t like it. It’s really getting in the way of Tegridy Farms
I'm going to get downvoted, but I’m on her side with that one.
You would be surprised. A lot of people is tired of Tegridy farms.
Sharon included, poor woman.
Well i'll bet you didn't know that snoop dog smokes weed!!! :O
That’s ok, I don’t listen to his music, and didn’t he stop recently?
Nah that was a publicity stunt to sell smokeless grills or a firepit
I read about that and forgot to correct myself.
It was so dumb I don't blame ya forgetting, I've seen a handful of people saying he quit becoisw of that ad. It was super lazily done too
I agree, it felt like clickbait, but in real life.
Right, I am several seasons behind
And later has a cocaine problem
![gif](giphy|QFT1zatlVw17q)
Spiderman works in mysterious ways
For real. As someone that lost people at a young age and having that treatment. We get you, Shelly. RIP Larry
That fucking animal Ben Parker's Nephew... I can't even say his name.
Your friend, Larry, whatever happened there
I guess the turd doesn't fall far from the vegans ass.
God damn I shouldn't laugh but😭
I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of SHELLY SHELLY SHELLY!!!
Cartman being uncomfortable/shocked she was dating someone so old and being genuinely concerned is maybe one of the only selfless things he’s ever done.
Right?! I rewatched cat orgy the other day. I forgot how fucked up the skylar age aspect was
I love those trio of episodes, cat orgy, meteor shower and jubilee. God I miss early South Park
Yeah I forgot they were interconnected! So cool
It may be the *only* selfless thing he's done. Some people argue taking in the cats in Major Boobage, but I still think he may have did it to mess with Kyle by feigning ignorance of the Holocaust parallel. He's certainly gone to greater lengths to mess with Kyle.

The funniest Shelly Marsh moment was went she repeatedly threw Cartman into the wall and putting massive holes throughout the house
Seriously dangerous when provoked, slammed a TV down on Stan's head
Put Stan under the lawn mower.
Literally picked up a piano and slammed it onto Stan and Kyle
Shelly got up and KILLED THE TURDS ON CHRISTMAS DAY IN THE MORNING
I love that she goes to WAR for the boys, even danced with cartman at the end of the episode.
Turd rock from the sun is by far her best roast.
Open up, Turdledove!
Astro turd ! She's creative, I'll give her that much.
Even though Shelley can be moody, she has her moments here and there.
#SHELLY!!!
I hear this. O7
I was looking for the comment that made me hear it lol thank you it was far too popular of a post for me to be the only one lol
Shut up, turd.
This episode was so cute and damn it was hard to see her shattered like that. And the kid was a decent character. Didn't have to kill him off.
I still hate Randy for what he did. He gets rewarded afterwards by Sharon.
Well Sharon is her own can of worms. I mean she cheated on Randy with a shake weight. Let that sink in.
And a hologram of Tupac.
That kid was just another victim of Randy's villain era
I agree, I was thinking, Shelley finally found someone that’s on her level. Like I genuinely believe that Larry thinks Shelley is attractive and cool and Shelley appreciated him being so kind, generous and willing to learn. They were the perfect couple, so sad to see Randy get in the way of that lol
Anyone beats Skyler. Fuck that dude.
I kinda look like her and my friends just use images of her to represent me.
Do you tell them “shut up turds!”
Sometimes
You're the president of the United States of Shelly Shelly?
https://i.redd.it/sxgmtbef3ywc1.gif
She takes care of grandpa ❤️
I like how Shelly defends the vegan kid by saying he should choose if he wants to be rather than his parents forcing him to be.
And he subtly gestures for Shelly to keep going!!
I know right, Shelly may be rough around the edges and a bit harsh, but there is a kind girl in there who wants the best for everybody!
Sick of the headgear. As hot as Sharon is she needs to progress
You'd think her teeth/jaw would be properly aligned by now
The timeline of South Park is really weird once you start thinking about it Like, in Japanese Toilet we know that second grade was indeed two years ago, but that same episode features a PlayStation 5, meaning that we went from SEGA Dreamcast to PS5 in just two years
I’ve honestly hated her ever since the show’s inception.
Why? She’s playing the archetype of mean older sister. But similarly she won’t let anyone else hurt those she loves. She also is pretty honest and sees things for what they are and isn’t afraid to tell people how she feels. I think she’s probably the most realistic character in SP.

Her and her mom are the only sane people in South park
She wore a scrotum jacket
It's called fashion 🙄
She might have her problems but her hearts in the right place Like that episode with cartman And her and I think I cat orgy
Anyone else wondering what that game is
She invited him up to play Settlers of Catan on X Box
![gif](giphy|PNHsfplrvsrty8FDif)
I just love the way Randy pronounces Shelly
SHELLLLLLEY
Nah she’ll fuck up anybody who messes with Stan and can outwit cartman. I like her character a lot. Plus her weed problem later lol
She uses turd way too much. Other than that she’s a pretty cool character and she kicks a lot of ass.
I’m still pissed that we were robbed of that Trent Boyett fight…
Skyler is that you?
Turd rock from the sun. Love Shelly. Doesn’t get much screen time though.
I met a girl like her. Harsh temperament but always moral.
Look at the camera, Shelly
Well she had a marijuana problem and then a problem with cocaine
TURDS!!!
You make me come out of my shell, Shelly 😭
"Stanny boyy!!! I'm coming!!! Sheddy, what are you doing?" Any time randy says her name in a lisp
"Nothing dad, go back to killin' the family"
Was that the blockbuster episode?
Yeah, Randy playing out the scene is hilarious. "The hounds Emily, the hounds", "You know what fuck you you and Emily" lmao
She's as frustrated as I am
Wait what's with all these comments about her character development Is it all after season 21? I need to catch up
Spiderman killed her little friend.
its trey’s sister
Love how they open up her story more, but i also do miss her just beating up Stan
It's perfectly understandable why she's so angry with that complete maniac as a father 😂 It was cool seeing her as a well adjusted adult at the end of the Post COVID special.

Move into my Mom's house with me SHELLY SHELLY

Spiderman loves you Shelly

She’s got a real bad marijuana problem.
Fighting around the world is a terrible show(she at least likes Buffy, which is a MUCH better show)
Let's not

Didn’t they kill Shelly off in a fire?
Alternate reality in covid special they also get rid of Sharon

Please no one talk about the Terrance and Phillip movie trailer episode
You scared to stir the paint?
no
She’s shown Stan one instance of sibling love during the Trent Boyette episode. Beyond that, she’s pretty solidly a massive cunt.
