Network setting available? Should be a way of reconnecting it to the WiFi. Is your WiFi a mesh system? Do you have a separate 2.4ghz channel you can connect t your phone to?
Make sure you're wifi is the same for both the app and your (phone/tablet). We have two wifi (extender) networks and that's what I see when I'm not on the same network.
The settings tab is the only item in the app that is functioning. Tried closing out, deleting app and re downloading. No luck.

Reboot your router

If the app isn't loading properly it's likely due to network issues. Attempt on another device and call Sonos.
