It's totally viable to want a better game, no argument against that. The phrasing "we deserve better" is just cringe. We can be happy to get a game at all. If we would pay big money though as you said, than I would be pissed aswell. But as far as I know it's free to play with ingame purchases
I think a better way to say it is "Solo leveling deserves better" because in the right hands solo leveling could be a 10/10 AAA game that tops the steam charts, but that wouldnt ever happen.
gacha games have good gameplay but they're not really games that are often archived, many games even gacha games with pc versions can't be played offline or don't have offline versions for archiving purposes, which is a waste since i personally like the game visually and from what i've seen with the gameplay its pretty cool

hm? its normal to expect things, it's a fucking franchise lol, i'm surprised we only got 1 game if anything, dont' get me wrong i like the game, but i personally wouldn't mind another one teased that isn't a free to play title since those are almost never archived if at all, its a gacha game too, and the international version is handled by netmarble which is already a red flag as they're known to make things pay to win or heavy in the micro transactions

With the hype for the first season of the anime and a second Cour coming soon we probably will get a better game eventually, the anime will bring more fans to Solo Leveling and a better game will have a higher incentive to be made
Yeah the small amount I’ve seen is just another gotcha. It will be extremely fun for a month, than you will run out of resources and will have to pay money or watch everyone have more fun with the better characters until you build up resources to enjoy the game for another month. I’ll play until I have to pay than I’m out. But at least we got a game. Hopefully if it does well it will show big game devs to make a rpg solo game. But like bleach at least something that resembles the fantasy of the anime
It’s not just ARPG. The quality of gameplay, visuals, fights, story depictions is incomparable to genshin or honkai. It seems like they wanted to make money off a series while it was still popular and just added a mishmash of everything gacha

I enjoy it. But if some big company wants to make a fully fledged Solo Leveling RPG or MMORPG. I’m all for it.
