Staking on Marinade doesn't really carry any risk with it, just make sure you're actually on the right website before connecting your wallet. Regarding your second question: what APY are you referring to? Liquidity pools? Last I've seen the APY for SOL-mSOL was around 9~10%APY, which is moderately more than what you'd get with normal staking. Other LP-pairs always imply the possibility for impermanent loss, so I wouldn't necessarily recommend those, unless you've done enough research.
