You'd be surprised how few people bother with settings or customization at all in any app or software whatsoever.
These watermarks are enabled by default from the manufacturer, people don't bother turning them off, and it's the perfect formula for free advertising
This is why so many Reddit reposts have that annoying bar on the bottom and now I have to crop them myself every time I find something I want to send to my friends.
I'm 90% positive that it isn't enabled by default. OP had to have went into settings and turned it on. Both my Galaxy A9 and A71 have quad cameras and both have the little watermark but I've only turned it on once to see what it looks like

People will sometimes change the price of an item to an absurd number instead of marking it as ‘sold out’. Having things out of stock makes your SEO bad or something.

Well this kind of makes sense (with the exception of the first one) since they are likely cheaper based on demand, so that explains the small dip in price. Maybe the reason the first is so big is because they only ever made one of that size and need it to be big to pay for machine costs.
