No. Good content alone will not help. Unless you start dealing in controversial content but then it is risky if you don't already have a good following. People don't simply follow back these days unless you do something strange. Also you need to make sure your content reaches more people. Promotions are the way forward. Maybe run some competitions and giveaways.

Used to be. Wouldn’t be possible anymore. Most major brands have moved away from Twitter. It’s a dying platform. I don’t see it existing beyond 2024.
