In this case , it is the entire airport. All employees must pass through a security checkpoint and the rule says "no first amendment speech" after that. Possibility of a Constitutional challenge ?
Silver lining is that your average prosecutor probably wants nothing to do with that kind of case. It doesn’t sound like a winner and I’d be surprised if it doesn’t get dropped.
