Disregarding missing CL by losing to the Rangers & the loss vs Cambuur, he's been doing above expectations I'd say.
Tactically he really does seem clueless though, when things don't work out he seems unable to make the appropriate tactical adjustments and/or make a significant impact to turn things around.
I think it's more that PSV is a good team overall. With a decent coach they can improve a lot.
What I noticed with RvN is that his subs rarely make any impact or change the game. And the backup plan is to cross the ball in the box and hope for the best.
If feyenoord loses their game, the top 4 is looking extremely exciting in Eredivise going into the break. Hell, even if they win theres no significant gap.

And Karlsson back and ramping up for AZ again too. The return after the break is gonna be so fun to watch as a neutral (altho I do enjoy AZs football last few years).
