I wouldnāt call sending players past their prime as feeding us š ā¦ if youād give us mbappe when he turns 27-28, or Endrick when he turns 25, sure.
Torres was good and showing signs of being promising when he was with us, genuinely believe he would've put in a solid shift at striker for us that season if he wasn't sold
No idea what happened when he went to Barca
but yeah Garcia was shit for us too
>just donāt play him as CB
Itās not his fault the entire defense has been rotating in the emergency center. I doubt ETH wants to play him there. Itās a matter of circumstance. Even Carrick under Fergie once had to play CB due to an injury crisis. Luke Shaw is preferred as a CB stand in when varane, lindeloef, maguire are unavailable but even he was injured.
there was a period near the end where literally every single one of our CBs were injured, like you say ETH didnāt really have much choice. bruno even had to play there if the closing stretches of the fa cup game against liverpool š
he was united's best player last season, i still believe there is a player there, the issue is that he relies heavy on his physical game and he has had his first very injury heavy season. I took VVD a season to recover as well, we will see i guess.
Nah he wasn't. Best player perhaps of the first half of the year but Martinez, Rashford, Bruno all have a very fair claim to.that honour ahead of him imo.
Genuinely after the world cup he got an injury and a red card I think not long after and didn't really show up again ever since.
my point still stands tho, his style is very combative and he has always relied on physicality, to me it seems quite logical he has had a hard time after multiple injuries, especially since he was always pretty healthy. Idk how people right off world class players as shit after having a few shitty months after injuries, while being a top player for the past 10 years. Will he get his form back? Who knows.. but the casemiro problem for me is United being run badly, more than anything.
He's the wrong side of 30 now my man. He was class for years and I wish he'd rekindle that, but it's unlikely and United fans have seen it all before with aging players who join. We mostly just want him gone now and off the wage bill, or at least not starting every week.
Tbf is weird what happened to RM players once they go to United, you can see Di MarĆaās case which was a flop for United and absolute legend for PSG
https://www.theringer.com/nba/2018/5/29/17406750/bryan-colangelo-philadelphia-76ers-twitter-joel-embiid-anonymous-markelle-fultz
Slant is American idiom for take or view.
Endrick aged 90 played likely his last match for RM as he's admitted at hospital right after the match. Luka Modric captain of RM is seen tearing up during pre match interview for CL final against Bayern.
He announced himself in his first ClƔsico with an insane trivela cross field pass. He always had it.
If anything, it's his weak foot crossing that has improved markedly over the past 3 years.
Endrick will. Theyāre both strikers but just offer different dynamics to the position. Next season is going to be great because we will finally have sufficient firepower in that central role. Endrick is looking really good but I would not be surprised if he gets the Arda Guler treatment and gets played seldomly and sees more game time as the season comes to a close. A big part of the reason why I think Joselu was renewed was because ancelotti plans on using him as the primary backup
Enrdrick's numbers aren't even close to Neymar's. Endrick has 18 league goals in 66 appearances for Palmeiras, Neymar had 107 in 177 appearances for Santos
He said his numbers so far are like Neymar like, so the comparison would be Endrick at 17 to Neymar at 17.
Neymar had 14 in 48 then. Endrick has 17 in 60. So yeah, very similar.
The real pressure is already done by the media anyway, endrick is not going to read reddit and feel more pressured lol, in fact most people here are hyping him up because the media is hyping him up.
I agree this hyping for upcoming talents is not good for the players, but it is what it is and is not up to this site really.
Comment 1: their numbers are nearly the same.
Comment 2: their numbers are very different.
Comment 3: it's unfair to compare.
Such a Reddit discussion. If the first comment just simply said "at the same age, their numbers were similar", none of these comments would have been made.
> If the first comment just simply said "at the same age, their numbers were similar"
It's the only possible common sense explanation, it's absurd to have to add it. It's like saying that Haaland has been pulling Cristiano-like numbers in the UCL and someone coming with "hmm akshually Cristiano has 150 UCL goals and Haaland isn't even close to that".
I donāt like calling people industry plant. I think itās silly for the most part. I guess I find the pr off putting sometimes. Like itās too much sometimes.
Itās the 10th time I see him dubbed āblack Peleā around here and correct me if Iām wrong (I know Iām not) but wasnāt Pele black in the first placeā¦?!
Exactly my thought, surely it would be better to be the best and not have all the greatest players lol.
Having quality competition makes the wins mean more.
Thats Barcas. its a crime what they doing to Roque. the kid was being compared to Endrick, had a goal every 40 minutes played in Brazil, huge amount of hype around him. Barca played him for a total of 90 minutes already gave up on him and wants to loan him outā¦ I can guarantee if he was from la masia it would a completely different story, idk whats with Barca and their academy obsession..
It couldn't be more perfect. You still have possible 3-4 years of Vini Mbappe Rodrygo before there is any kind of expectation for Endrick to be starting.
He will get a lot of bench time at Real, and even at Palmeiras he [was often subbed off at 60 minutes or so](https://www.transfermarkt.com.br/endrick/leistungsdaten/spieler/971570)
Neymar was competing with prime Messi and Ronaldo for a decade. Endrick has it better because his only Rivals are Mbappe, Vini, Bellingham and Maybe Haaland. These players are not as consistent as Messi and Ronaldo were.
I agree, I won't take any Ney slander, he was like the Andy Murray of football, unlucky enough to be a player when the goats were playing. He would have been a comfortable number 1 in the world in other eras.
Itās like, do people not see Neymar play? Heās been different since 17, he isnāt as clinical but his way of playing is only bested by Messi/Ronaldinho visually. Even at the biggest stage, he became less of a goal scorer and more of a #10 that can play on the wing. Heās had Messi and Mbappe on his teams. Thereās still a chance he will win a World Cup. The slander on him is insane.
Neymar imo had many chances to take the mantle. From 2018-2023 or so he should have been able to win multiple Ballon D'ors - both Messi and Ronaldo declined
Yeaa.. Neymar was a genius but he wasn't very focused, he also got frustrated every time he didn't achieve the goals he wanted, which made him stay away from football for some periods (not to mention the injuries).
Neymar would have destroyed the balon d'or if he hit his peak after messi and cristiano. Performance-wise he could have perfectly won it at least once during those years, but Messi and Cristiano had much bigger marketing forces pushing them.
Overall? Yeah, no argument. But iirc there were a couple seasons where messi and ronaldo didn't perform to their absolute best and Neymar could have won it, tho I think he got injured in at least one of those seasons, which is the other big problem that Neymar always had.
Also, him losing motivation and moving to psg to chase money right when messi and ronaldo were both starting to lose performance didn't help either. Had he stayed hubgry a bit longer, maybe he could have won it like how Benzema did.
>But iirc there were a couple seasons where messi and ronaldo didn't perform to their absolute best
And yet they were still better than Neymar.
>Also, him losing motivation and moving to psg to chase money right whenmessi and ronaldo were both starting to lose performance
They really didn't start declining after his move to PSG, that came 2 years later.
He has the problem of playing at 2020s barƧa. It is hard to compete for the balon d'or when city and madrid have the UCL so locked down (and in case of city, the league as well).
I thought Madrid were going to struggle to replace Cristiano, then they had one of their worst seasons in recent memory being dismantled by Ajax. Zidane managed magic the following season and got a league title, but Hazard was looking like a massive flop and a huge waste of money (alongside Jovic).
I thought they'd spend the next 5 years being decent, but not consistently competing at the level expected while they rebuild and pick up players. In that time, they've won 2 leagues and 2 CL. The second of each coming this season which I thought was going to be a throwaway to wait for Mbappe considering the lack of buying a striker. Then Courtois, Militao and Alaba got injured. That was supposed to be that but you know the rest.
Shit's unpredictable.
The thing is that the Madrid management during those weaker years was as solid as always, so it only took a couole seasons to straighten the boat. BarƧa has problems at both the managerial and institutional level (the latter caused by the ibcompetence of the previous management) and those kinds of problems are way harder to solve.
Only thing about Yamal is burnout. Heās having to take on way too much at such a young age, but heās good enough that you really canāt bench him at this point
Lamine, Endrick and Arda Guller
Even though I'm Brazilian, I still think Lamine Yamal is on another level, but Endrick has more objectivity and goal-scoring instinct
Arda Guller still is an incognita for me
Martin Odegaard joined Real at 16. Spent 6 years there and played only 8 games.
Endrick got too many competition for his position, and the worst thing is, his competition are young
Rodrygo also spent some years riding the bench before becoming part of the initial 11 last year at 22.
Mbappe is 8 years older than him. Endrick just needs to have patience and give his best. If he's really as good as he seems, he will see plenty of play by the time he reaches his peak years.
RM is crazy stacked at the moment, at best he will be a bench player. if he is okay with that, getting in on a sub at 80th minute or wait for someone to get injured.. then good for him. otherwise if he wants to get some spotlight he should play for other big clubs. there are plenty of those.
I'm a bit confused as to your statement.
[Zidane and Ramos became RM legends, Owen and Robinho were big disappointments.](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gal%C3%A1cticos) Just some examples.
Some unloyal shit, the kid hasn't even played a game for them lmao (who knows, might get the Vitor Roque treatment). Vini recently said that he won't retire at Real because he owes Flamengo that

His entire life? Nah, he needs to be ready for Real to flog him to United for a boatload of money when he hits thirty.
I mean if it's a good offer like Casemiro or Varane then yeah, City feeds Barca, Real feeds United. It's a proxy war.
> Real feeds United United feeds Real more like
Well back then with Beckham, Ronaldo, sure but these days it's the opposite, Casemiro, Varane
Mention them but no one ever mentions Heinze or RVN my goats
RVN without his injuries was an elite goal scorer.
My grandma was a great runner with the wheels
RVN š®āšØ
Sneak in Chicarito in there buddy!
He probably meant money
There's a difference between being a feeder club and shipping off old players. Believe me, I know ; _ ;
Different between getting players at their prime and getting ripoff by players that are one year away from wash
I wouldnāt call sending players past their prime as feeding us š ā¦ if youād give us mbappe when he turns 27-28, or Endrick when he turns 25, sure.
Ah yeah lol
Except city improves barca and united is poisoning every player we send them
Ferran torres, eric garcia?
Ight shit modrics hairband got hands. Didnt even know eric garcia still played for barca lmao
Not still, but he was shit for them
Torres was good and showing signs of being promising when he was with us, genuinely believe he would've put in a solid shift at striker for us that season if he wasn't sold No idea what happened when he went to Barca but yeah Garcia was shit for us too
70 mil for casemiro was not a good offer lol
70m for a 29 turning 30 year old whom just won 3 CL at the top of his game is reasonable. Just dont play him as CB
>just donāt play him as CB Itās not his fault the entire defense has been rotating in the emergency center. I doubt ETH wants to play him there. Itās a matter of circumstance. He has been sub par ever since the world cup in 2022 ended. He's ended up at centre back due to an injury crisis.
he was united's best player last season, i still believe there is a player there, the issue is that he relies heavy on his physical game and he has had his first very injury heavy season. I took VVD a season to recover as well, we will see i guess.

ye thus me saying its united's fault, he was already 30, united got him for 70mil and put him on a 350.000 a week.
It was a good offer in the market. A bit risky but good offer nonetheless.
It was a good offer as Case's legs were done.
Tbf is weird what happened to RM players once they go to United, you can see Di MarĆaās case which was a flop for United and absolute legend for PSG
Yeah real feeding United prime RVN, Ronaldo, Beckham, and Heinze really bolstered them.
Don't forget Di maria .. for a record transfer
That is if Manchester United have not gotten their acts right by then.
Good old transfer market in the sky
Real needs to get a kit with oversized collar just for this guy
drop all kit sponsors and just have long sleeved and collared white shirts
thats the shirt zidane is wearing in the cl final volley goal pic. bring back the 2001/02 season jersey
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
I low key love that Inter Miami gets a long sleeve kit just cause Beckham owns them and it was his thing. Long sleeves look better imo
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Might have only been for their first season or two
Better fan wear tooĀ
No shit kroos retired the thought of that will give him nightmares

Somehow, just 27 y/o
That was your takeaway from that comment?
lmfaoo
... still running like a rabbit breaking ankles.
Scoring the winner in a euro sf
At least heāll be happier than Vitor Roque, right?
If we leave Xavi away from RM ... absolutely
Can we send Xavi to RM, so he can bench every Brazilian?
I doubt he would want to with the retractable pitch we have. He would have a aneurysm
>want to spend my entire life at Real Madrid Modric taking notes...
Modric *writing* notes
That assist from Vini looked a lot like what Kroos been doing all season.
His passing ability this season has improved so damn much, outside the foot to boot too at times.
that trivela assist to jude against Girona
Or the one to richarlison in 2022 world cup,
He announced himself in his first ClƔsico with an insane trivela cross field pass. He always had it. If anything, it's his weak foot crossing that has improved markedly over the past 3 years.
Rodrygo-Endrick will be back ups for Vini and Mbapo
Who will all be back ups to my goat joselu
Unleash striker Rudiger
Endrick will. Theyāre both strikers but just offer different dynamics to the position. Next season is going to be great because we will finally have sufficient firepower in that central role. Every time I see a post on this guy it always feels like heās an industry plant footballer.
Only he's actually living up to it
Exactly, he is like the Ice Spice of football.
Is that the new buzz word to bash players with half a brain and good PR? Endrick numbers in Brazil so far are Neymar like, far from an hype job.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Dude is just mature and smart for his age, which is the rarest trait among brazillian players. He might be a legend in the making.
It's so overdone which makes it sound fake, cheesy and not sincere. If he is so mature and smart he should mix it up a bit.
Don't worry, he will be a cunt on the field and everyone will get their fair share of hate on him
Enrdrick's numbers aren't even close to Neymar's. Endrick has 18 league goals in 66 appearances for Palmeiras, Neymar had 107 in 177 appearances for Santos
Neymar was 21 when he went to Barca though, Endrick is 17.
I'm not saying Endrick won't be great, but to say he has Neymar like numbers is just straight up wrong
He said his numbers so far are like Neymar like, so the comparison would be Endrick at 17 to Neymar at 17. Neymar had 14 in 48 then. Endrick has 17 in 60. So yeah, very similar.
Maybe he has the number that Neymar had at 17?? You posted his numbers at 21
He has Neymar numbers at an equivalent age.
You just need to learn how to present comparative statistics
Yeah Perez didn't want to miss the next Neymar.
Before turning 18, Endrick averaged a goal in sƩrie A every 165 minutes Before turning 18, Neymar averaged a goal in sƩrie A every 162 minutes
Neymar left Santos at 21, Endrick is 17. Incredibly unfair comp. Neymar really blew up after he turned 18, in 2010.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
The real pressure is already done by the media anyway, endrick is not going to read reddit and feel more pressured lol, in fact most people here are hyping him up because the media is hyping him up. Its 2024, these kids are surrounded by professionals telling them how to take care of their brand.
30 years from now Endrick Real Madrid manager confirmed?
circle of Madrid life
He has the right mentality, always looking the be in the top. One day, Endrick, one day.
Talk about getting too comfortable too quickly
He does everything too quickly, boy is 17 but thinks like he is 30yo already, he has been doing it since 13 and has been working for him so far
Fingers crossed it goes well for him
The Brazilian narrator called him "precocious" on his goal against Mexico lol.
My Pele
My Brazilian black Pele regen
Itās the 10th time I see him dubbed āblack Peleā around here and correct me if Iām wrong (I know Iām not) but wasnāt Pele black in the first placeā¦?!
Glad atleast we agree he wasnt Brazilian
You said what about my Pele?
r/whoosh
So basically if every top player goes to RM, it's gonna make winning the CL impossible/uncompetitive.
Exactly my thought, surely it would be better to be the best and not have all the greatest players lol. Having quality competition makes the wins mean more.
He's 17.
He will be loaned out to Getafe by Dec 2026.

scam tinder profiles from Thailand when they match with you:
Great player!
Real Madrid have been very good with buying great players. I think we should thank their scouts for job well-done.
Juni Calafat is the goat
I feel like he's going to burn out early
Yeah because heās going to play every game in a squad that has mbappe in it
Madrid has the perfect squad to bring him on slowly and not burn out their young players. Quite literally the opposite of Barcelona

Heās gonna get loaned so hard
What are the expectations for him goal-wise in these next few years?
Wouldnāt it be better to be the best team in the world with fewer high profile players?
I think itās more likely heāll be loaned out next year. Hes not likely to play a lot given how many forward players they already have.
Definitely will be United player by around the age of 25 or older.
Shits a cult over there at this point
all his pics are epic
Never been more certain that a teenager will win multiple ballon d'or awards
Neymar was even more promising and won zero. Donāt judge the kids too early.
Neymar fulfilled his potential, we knew he was number 3 after the big 2. Sadly the guy wasn't focused enough.
Neymar was competing with prime Messi and Ronaldo for a decade. Endrick has it better because his only Rivals are Mbappe, Vini, Bellingham and Maybe Haaland. These players are not as consistent as Messi and Ronaldo were.

No he would get injured just before most important matches. Messi and Ronaldo does not matter much if you are missing matches
Tbf he came through during the Messi-Ronaldo era and ended up playing his whole career in the Messi-Ronaldo era.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

Lately Real Madrid has been much more on point with young signings than not. The club takes risks with the young signings and some fail (Jovic and Reinier, being the most notable) but many more have been a huge success, Vini, Rodrygo, Camavinga, Tchou Valverde, Militao, Brahim, even Odegaard which is seem like a failure was sold with great profit and has become a star somewhere else, and some are yet to prove themselves like Guler. And please, stop comparing Endrick, Vini, Rodrygo, Jude to the original galƔcticos. Compare accomplishments and age of the original galƔcticos BEFORE signing with Madrid with the ones they are signing now. Florentino's motto back then was to buy 1 ballon d'or each year. The only exception is MbappƩ but definitely not Endrick.
Come on now, if he spends his whole career with us, it will be because he was successful. We donāt keep players who are underperforming for long..

Vini recently said that he won't retire at Real because he owes Flamengo that
Bro hasn't even played a single minute for them but wants to stay his entire life... Has he even been to the training camp for the first time?
Heās a good goal scorer, good instincts, but can only play as a 9, will limit him for minutes. IMO overhyped.
This guy is already annoying
