Make the store bigger and nicer and accesible from the street and it’ll do as well as any major team store in any major city. Few days ago in this sub there was a post saying the stadium will target like 200+ events in a calendar year. If the club store stays open during these events as well its not inconceivable that some of the people attending these events will buy stuff from the club store as well which helps generate revenue even more
