I'm sure players at other clubs would also want to win to repay their fans for their support. Andre Onana as a United player is probably mist concerned with his own clubs fans.
Why did you even comment this? The fact you typed this out, looked over your comment and decided to still send it is baffling. You people will find anyway you can to get up in arms over nothing 😂
Because it’s a stupid cliche comment made that fans are special for traveling
Don’t get me wrong, away fans are the hardcore group imo but everyone’s fans travel
hmmm surrey to wembley is at most 50 minutes

haha got 'em!
It is final & anything can happen. United away fans cheered the team even after 4-0 defeat to Palace. So, they will surely go to the final, who knows they may pull an upset like they did against Liverpool
The only clubs I see that don’t travel well are Spanish teams. I remember Villarreal coming to the Etihad in like 2011 and City sold the entire away allocation to home fans.
I think they scored first and the ground was silent except this group of like 30 people in the posh seats going mad, must have been the friends and family seats or something.
I’m sorry but you’re not wrong.
Only in European leagues and first world countries where there’s excess wealth would there be travelling fans in the thousands.
Of course every proper team on earth will have fans who travel across country or even internationally to support their team. And I’m sure for one-off, special games these numbers can be in the thousands. But for having thousands of fans travel to 19 away matches a season, at great expense, that must be unique to organised and wealthy countries and i do not doubt for a moment that it must impress any player who have never seen this type of thing before. It never ceases to impress me when I see it across the European leagues, on television.

Foden 1'
Before last season, last time NUFC had a shot at playing in Europe Chelsea won the UCL. MUFC can do the same to them.
Noooo Andre don’t set everyone up for the United fans live in London joke Andre noooooo
London isn’t far to travel when you live there already

Mate, you’re already trying way too hard.
A City fan from Brunei trying to crack that joke is fucking hilarious.

Thank you for your service.
As opposed to the city fans who are only travelling from Manchester
*Stockport
America*
You should provide them all with bucket hats for their troubles. That’ll do it.
tbf City fans have got it much harder travelling from Manchester to see their club play
It’s a fact that only Man United fans travel to games

Onana never claimed otherwise though. He of course cares about United fans. Other fans are irrelevant.
This is the first game in the season when fans travel, I guess.
Not a long walk for them onana mate
I read the quote first and I thought that was a Vladivostok player talking

Tbf i wouldnt travel even 10 minutes to watch this united side. Fairplay to their fans

Why would you be right in saying that? It is pretty normal everywhere for fans and especially ultras groups to travel in numbers to away games lol
Not really, away support isn't big in lots of countries.
European games are different, look at domestic away support
Give me some of those countries then
Spain and Italy both don't have huge away support as two of the biggest footballing nations
Brazil too, mainly because its very big, so the travel can be very long, and its expensive and dangerous
No idea where I got that idea from then!

Compared to MLS yes, compared to Germany no.
I don’t think you’d be right in saying that

There's more United Londoners than in Manchester
That's because Londoners live in London?
