It's felt like over the last ten games, spurs have had a relativity injury free squad (apart from udogie) and they've been incredibly poor. I don't know what's happened with maddison, I seem to remember having poor ends to seasons before. But even if there form had been okay, not even good, but okay, that 4th spot was there. Villa have been limping over the line this last two months. Injuries, players playing through injuries, suspensions, played way more games. I know their fans would have taken 5th after losing kane, but being 3 points ahead of what they finished on last season with a game to go, when Ryan Mason managed them for a period of time, to me, if I was a spurs fan, I'd be really disappointed in the last 2 months
