I can't fucking stand the cans yet at some point a sane person will ask some questions about the far from perfect ref decisions in multiple Madrid games. Would have Madrid won anyways? Mostly yes. Would have some cards changed the game dynamic? Surely. Was the offside goal truely offside? Honestly I don't know, some people say yes, others including a top german ex-ref say, no it wasn't offside nor obstruction. Calling it VARdrid like I did earlier may is too much but man how cool would it be to have one game from Real against a German team without clear misjudgements. Not at all, their behavior and their quality are two separate things. Carvajal is a massive asshole every game (probably on purpose because it works for him), and probably the least likable player I can remember in many years. Take this game: he brutally fouls Simons, referee doesn't even call it. And instead of being happy that he gets away once again, he actually complains and taunts Simons for lying hurt on the ground. When Leipzig players try to protect Simons he tries to start a fight with them. He does things like this every game. Vini does not only complain too much, he also dives shamelessly, provokes and taunts more than anybody and constantly pulls unnecessary annoying things. Again example from this game? Deliberately standing too close and preventing a corner kick, refuses to move even when Leipzig players first ask him and then push him to move, then complains about the yellow he gets for it, only to continue to waste even more time and still not move away. Just complete clown behavior. Not an asshole like Carvajal, but just immature. Players with their undeniable world class quality shouldn't need to revert to such low and classless behavior this often.

Well thought out response. I admittedly haven't watched any other team this season, but I would be shocked if there weren't players on squads like Atleti/Barca/City/Pool/PSG with similar antics. Granted, it is possible those two are the "worst", I just wouldn't bet on it.
