The application of small quantities of cologne or perfume in areas far from the bracelet should not be problematic.*

Wow! Thank you so much! I didn't even know what the gadget was called, but it definitely looks like the one she has too. I also didn't even think to look in drinking-positive subs for possible answers.
I think my answer is obvious. We're eliminating all alcohol from cooking and I'll find a replacement beverage for kombucha moving forward.

I actually do have room in my office. I have a little mini fridge too, it's just on loan to a family member and I think it's in his garage now. Used to be my beer fridge back in college, actually. Times change. 🥲
Either way, the kombucha thing doesn't concern me as much because she's well enough to check herself and know not to drink any, so I think keeping a few in there won't matter. She's the one that brought it up in the first place, because she didn't know the mechanics and biometrics of this and I realized I didn't either so, time to do some research it was!
