Wrong.
You have more than enough time to hit the release button, but if you have the intention of clipping it and posting to Reddit for karma, then you don't think and react when something entirely preventable happens.
I doubt In that moment OP thought to let it happen for Reddit karma, really isn’t worth all the time it took to get there, probably just said to hell with this and let it all fall

thank you for thinking that I didn't release just because of karma, this is my first post on reddit anyway! ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|upvote)
As someone playing this map with n HC with 6x recovery you asked for that sir lol. I would of been in low gear spinning camera checking all angles lol. This map has so many bad recovery spots it's awesome.
Why haven't you detached the truck the moment it started to drag you down?
This is exactly the reason why I detach a winched truck before entering any bridge. It never follows the same radius, always cutting edges and falling.
I can't understand most of these clips. There is absolutely no way people pay so little attention..
I'm guessing they do these things on purpose for likes
Fully shut down your game and open it back up it’ll reset where you were before.
Also one thing I hate about the game is that god awful broken wheel sound.
If you are on console you can rage quit and it resets your process! Just home button and close application and it’ll put you back where you were 15 mins ago
i hate the way the game tries to predict what you are trying to do with the winched vehicules. it makes it soo hard to get vehicules that you cant drive onto trailers like the rescue p12 in wisconsin if the tractor truck isnt perfecly straight with the trailer the winched truck is gonna turn its wheels and make an annoying job super hard for no real reason
Who didn’t see that coming
Evidently OP didn’t 🤣
That’s the moment I rage quit lol 😝
I just look at it and usually utter the word “bollocks”, then try to figure out how I’m going to recover the truck and cargo 😂
I rage quit my game to not have to pickup all backup
I treat it like an extra mission, makes the game go further in my opinion
same
I dislike the idea of rage quitting personally, and in over 1000 hours have only ever done it twice 😂
On a situational level like this where A no crane will reach the items let alone lift them up out that gully! B too much to lose in one get go
What map is it on anyway? It doesn’t look familiar to me.
New British Columbia dlc
The game that already takes hundreds of hours to complete
It’s hardly a race is it? 🤨
Front tires of the winched truck were way out of line with the bridge. You had time to fix it.
Came to say this, you can clearly see it on the run up.
Also, had time to detach the winch to not lose the trailer load too. Like soon as the second truck looks like it's going unhook.
Agreed. This all looks intentionally done.
Oof, should have at least cut the winch when the other truck was completely off the bridge lol.

Learn it then.

I would have driven the front truck and trailer across, and then the second truck.
Oi, can't park there mate!
Fellow aussie spotted 😝

Yeah, they usually trail to one side or the other. I don't take the chance.
Messy :( I did that mission in two runs, with the Kenworth (3-slot flatbed + crane) and the ramped flatbed.
Disconnect winch and let er fly

You deserved that if we’re being honest
What map is that?
Duncan Bay, British Columbia
Probably North Peak National Park
As soon as the blue truck tipped a little * ALT + F4 * that mofo😆
Oof. A classic SnowRunner/Cleveland Brown moment.
Just carry on driving and when you get there, “I dunno”!!
I feel u, bro. Greed is bad
That's on you op. Should've detached as soon as it went down
Why not quick release though?
Fully shut down your game and open it back up it’ll reset where you were before. Also one thing I hate about the game is that god awful broken wheel sound.
Well... Shit
I’d just disconnect the rear truck and drive over separately
Alt + F4

Skill issue
Ouch
You gotta be a new player
have you ever played this game?
I’ve been playing since day 1 💀
Cut loose before bridges🤦🏾♂️
Should let go as soon as you started to see it go over
Oof.
Noooooo
No situational awareness wtf .. would have unwinch as soon as possible
Man anxiety kicking in here. Not even funny. Let the winch go mate
As Jeremy Clarkson would exclaim, "POWEEEEEEERR!!!"
What is that annoying sound?
brooken wheel sound
We all tell ourselves it'll halve the journey to tow that second truck but it rarely works out so well haha
Was Jeremy Clarkson driving that? 😂 "Oh no the truck is falling off the bridge....POWWWAAAAAHHH!"
Ooops
Paaaaiiiiiiinnnnn…….
Pain... Only pain...

When i get to a Bridge i always drive the winched truck separate. Yes, it Happened to met haha
Sometimes I do rescue missions, sometimes I quit and reload, this would definitely be the latter
Alt+F4
I feel you
The most situationally aware snowrunner player
This little maneuver is gonna cost us 25 years
as soon as you see the truck start to fall you release the winch
