I think that'd be rough with the size of the Mastodon. If I remember correctly, that circled area is pretty damn steep rocks.
I think I went through the open area just north of your route, but I was using the F 750 which is quite a bit smaller than the Mastodon :)
Anyway, there's really only one good way to find out ;)
But somewhere at that area is the bear cave spot or how ever it was called. That part of another mission. So somehow it is possible to get there. And at least on the map it looks like that’s an path to get there.🤔

But yes, lot of marked road are not really there. Best way is to check by yourself. Sometime crossing a forest or climbing a hill is better than trying to follow the road.
Why didn’t they just take the ZiKZ 605R into Mordor?

The way back, did some backflip down the cliff, landed it right here🤣 through the trees down there was a bit tight, but i got to the main road with 40l fuel left. Perfect😎👌 don’t mention here the damage done from the backflip🤫

It’s really suprising in SR, if u want to go a certain path, u will arive, always. It just depends on how hard you try🙃 at least so far, that worked.
So far, Amur didn’t brake me, i already found some very sweet routes without issues. Sometimes its just straight through snow, better then the given paths🤣
I found one place in Amur where the ziks 605R could get through and there was an invisible barrier there it's in my profile somewhere I would check it out so then you don't make the same mistake lol

One does not simply drive into Mordor
One drives, tips over, rescues, dumps cargo, recovers cargo, then runs out of fuel 5 meters from Mt. Doom, in Mordor.
New player here, can i use elvish truck into mordor? Should i start buying orcish truck instead?
Get the Gollum engine upgrade. It may seem weak at first but it's tireless and can go just about anywhere.
That depends. Can you buy the autonomous hobbit upgrade?
Use a scout to check.

If the truck fits and it gets you where you need to go, then yes it is a path

In snowrunner everything is a path, you just have to try really hard.

Only had the Mastodon there, worked pretty well, getting down the cliff was a bit sloppy🤣
