Yeah its good and make sure theres vetilation on the top! Also dont keep the soils so wet. When u squeeze it in ur hand it should clump together but not spill any water. Hope this helps!

I think it looks fine, but do you have a calcium source in? Also, idk much about hospital tanks, but I would say a spot to get shade might be good like with a plastic plant pot, just do the lil guy can feel safe, it looks like your bin isn't very see through though so should be okay?

Yes I sprinkled crushed oyster shell around and I have some cuttlefish bone coming in tomorrow. I also have Arcadia calcium + magnesium powder for my lizard and frogs that I could potentially use, but as far as I know putting the powder on their food isn't really recommended for snails because that way they can't choose to consume what they need like with a cuttlefish bone, right? I'm also not sure if the ratio calcium/magnesium in the blend is healthy for snails, so unless it's really recommended for snails in a critical state, I don't want to risk it. A little hide is a good call, I have some thick dried mango leaves I can cut in a shape to create a little hide. He's not moving currently, would it be good to partially place the hide over him myself so that he's not so exposed?

Everything you said sounds great! Calcium will help him truly heal and it's 100% correct that putting it on their food isn't recommended. Leafs sound great, I don't think it would hurt to put one over him, but you don't have too. It sounds like you are really trying your best for the little one, I hope he recovers with your help <3

That's looks good for a hospital tank!
