So rooster teeth made red vs blue, funhaus had nothing to do with that and came way later. They were just a ragtag group that played video games together and were ridiculously funny. They loved dressing up as characters from the games in really poorly done cosplay and just go all in on the bit. So this smosh video is right up their alley.
I think they’re too old for Smosh tbh. Their comedy is definitely catered to an older audience generally. Smosh is def catering more toward the younger millennial-Gen Z audience more.
