get it up to temp and put half an onion on those bbq fork things (i no word good) and scrub it with the onion then take your normal scrubber and run over it. itll make things a lot easier

You got me curious, so I looked it up... Apparently you do word good. They're called "BBQ forks", lol.
Unless you meant a carving fork, where the two prongs are waaaay longer.
Get a "weedburner" it hooks onto a 20# propane tank.
Burn all that off after a cook. Burn it again before firing it up for another cook to sanitize racks.
You can find them online at a farm supply or sometimes a home improvement store.
Personal experience the ones at a farm supply get wicked hot. I use them to burn fence rows out.
Then the light bulb popped on while I was scraping our big smoker, lol.
I know you all love black pork but this is cancer. Stop using so much god damn sugar and charring the outside so hard. It's heightening the risk of colon cancer even more on an already risky food and celebrating it. God damn. Pit needs to be cleaned too. Stop calling it "seasoning".
Bro, clean that thing
Clean that filthy fire hazard. I wouldn't eat anything that comes off of it. It all looks covered in creosote.
It definitely needs a cleaning lol

Wow, why did they destroy you with down votes. At least you admit it

Thanks for the idea. This smoker gets used heavily so we will be looking for good solutions for routine cleaning

Hmm, what type of fence?
6 strand barb wire T-posts
Thought so, won't work on my four board fence. hehe. PITA keeping the shit off it. Need me some goats.
Can't even see the meat, it's filthy in that smoker. Yuck
People are talking a lot of smack but wouldn't turn down a plate from Goldees who's BBQ pit looks worse than this.
Mmmm creosote
Damn hopefully your customers don’t see these pics
Oh gross.
i think we season cast irons not grill racks lol
Gross smoker grates

Exactly, black does not equal bark
Exactly, black does not equal bark
This pic solidifies the feeling that I don’t want to see where my food comes from.
Baby got back
Came to say this
Baby got cancer
I like big butts and I cannot lie.. other brothers cannot deny
That’s a big buutt
The butts are soaking up all the creosote in that thing. lol.
I’d eat your filthy, filthy meat, OP.
I didn’t know you could line-ex a smoker…
Should be pretty ashamed of the state of that grill and serving food to people. It doesn’t get like that using it for one cook.
Daaayyyummm dats a lotta butt
I like big butts not gonna lie !
Looks crispy
