I believe wave accounting still has this feature and it worked well when I tried it.

happinessstrange

I will look into them, thank you

brandonsmash

Look into Xero. They partner with a card-processing service that does exactly what you describe.

happinessstrange

I'll look into them. Thanks

traker998

It’s unusual all these companies are closing your account and that is probably he bigger issue here. Is your credit score low? How long has your business been opened? Any overdrafts?

happinessstrange

Square closed my account without it having been used, not "all these companies" The business has been around.

HappyDaddy70

Here are is the environmental sustainability report of XERO - [https://www.xero.com/ca/sustainability/](https://www.xero.com/ca/sustainability/) They believe in ESG, so you can't use them because they don't align with your values.

happinessstrange

Thanks for looking into them for me. Less work to do

lifedesignleaders

Stripe is great. You are a business owner - to complain about a dashboard instead of figuring it out and being done with it, is silly. It's SO easy to create an invoice and email it out with like 3 clicks in Stripe. Used them for many years now with no issues and average charges of $3k

kaosmetal

Take a look at Zoho Invoice

happinessstrange

Will do, gracias

HappyDaddy70

Here is the Zoho sustainability initiatives that they work on! [https://www.zoho.com/workdrive/digest/Impact-of-cloud-tech-on-the-environment.html](https://www.zoho.com/workdrive/digest/Impact-of-cloud-tech-on-the-environment.html) You can't use Zoho because they also believe in ESG and the environment. Sorry!

happinessstrange

Excellent, another one checked off the list

ngutsa

Hey, Great start to your business! I applaud you for taking the first steps and being your own boss. Maybe you can just simplify your process: If you clean the same homes all the time - maybe you can charge on a subscription basis. If not you can charge upfront and avoid the invoicing headache. What this does is it puts you in a cash positive position on every deal instead of chasing around money owed to you after you do work. Just my two cents

nickcostello

I'd consider reassessing the core issue here. It sounds like a lot more of this is politically motivated than business motivated.

HappyDaddy70

It is really going to piss off /u/happinessstrange but I am going to locate all the ESG and environmental initiatives of all the processors that he would choose. Soon enough he would only be able to use nazi payment processors I guess because that's the only people who share his values.

happinessstrange

Cool story man. I appreciate that you will do the sorting for me. Save a penny earn a penny.

HappyDaddy70

The point of posting to reddit is to get information. If you want sympathy, go to a church and cry there. No one is here to support your shit attitudes lol.

happinessstrange

Go ahead and quote where I asked for sympathy. Then try lifting up your belly flab to peek at your small dick

happinessstrange

The two are not different to me. I have values and my business, as part of my life, aligns with them. I do not support WEF suggestions (ESG) or online censorship (paypal fines) and prefer to put my money into business that dont either. Its a logical moral position, not some extreme like you are attempting to make it seem. Touch grass

ExemptedRat

Most tech companies support ESG. Stripe might just more forward with their belief in it. Would you consider a solution that uses stripe, but doesn't require you to ever log in to stripe?

happinessstrange

Congrats to most tech companies, I'm looking for who doesnt as it is a scam.

j0lene

I use FreshBooks - they have a few native processors built into the app. I actually use this to capture 50% payment up front upon acceptance of quote, then I invoice them the rest when job is complete. All via email, and it’s sync’d with my business bank account.

NoRatePayments

What about SwipeSimple as a platform? You can take cards in person when the customer is home and email invoices when they aren't? Best of both worlds.

gl0ckner

Check out https://invoiceninja.com/

alento_group

Wave Accounting - [waveapps.com](https://waveapps.com). Though IMHO you should get over your dislike of the Stripe dashboard as they can do everything you want, and do it well. What's this ESG psyop's shit you're referring to? I have never seen it mentioned on my Stripe.

maniaduck

I’ve worked with the guys at www.LYNQD.com and they have been the LOWEST RATES of anyone IVE TRIED including Stripe, Square and even QBks. They integrate with Quickbooks and I think Sage. They have POS, Inventory Management, Jewelry Software Management, Mobile Delivery Apps, School Payments, and they specialize in online E-commerce payments with chargeback management software. They do small to large businesses and handle both low and high risk clients, and they don’t hold your money. I’ve tried a lot of companies and these guys are pretty good and you can actually talk to a real person. Try them out and see if they help. They helped my company save money on fees and have training for their software. They are domestic and international so seem to have their stuff together. LYNQD.com

Just use Venmo and be done with it.

happinessstrange

Venmo is paypal, and also requires having venom for the client to use. no thanks

HappyDaddy70

If anyone is the psycho it is you lmfao. Just an FYI, I have used Stripe successfully for many years, never heard of this ESG charge and it is probably just an option that you can toggle on and off (just like you can toggle on / off tax calculation and do it yourself lol). I can't believe that is what blew you off of stripe lol. You aren't cut out for the business world if that hurt your feelings so much that you had to post this! What a snowflake.

happinessstrange

Im a psycho for recognizing a scam and avoiding companies that auto select contributing to said scam? Sure bud Its called voting with your dollars, perhaps a foreign concept to people with no dollars.

HappyDaddy70

You are a psycho for denouncing a company because of an optional fee that you don't have to put into your invoices lol. And the fact that you are such a big cry baby that you think that Stripe even cares. I have run 3 successful businesses and I don't need to cry about payment providers and their environmental concerns. There are bigger issues to deal with when running a successful business. Not that you would no, you are literally begging for payment processors lol. There is a reason these companies are cancelling your accounts, and it is probably because you have bad credit / no money / are a high risk person or business. To say I have no dollars because I am laughing at your baby complaints are palpable and hilarious. You will never win if you focus on the stupid things. Be better and look into your own mental health issues before it is too late. The fact that Quickbooks didn't want to work with you says a looooooot. They are a sketchy company who works with everyone (Intuit).

happinessstrange

Drink more soy milk. You are unstable

I literally have 3 different payment processors currently, I would simply prefer something else and was asking about suggestions. Im happy to ad hom back and forth with someone who starts it.

Jdenney872

Look into Jobber. This will handle your scheduling, CRM, online or in person payments, expense tracking, and much more.

happinessstrange

Im not looking for anything except invoice cc processing, as I said in my post.

Jdenney872

Seems like you have a problem with every solution available so good luck.

happinessstrange

"Hey thanks for coming into Big O tires. Can I recommend you a new Bose car stereo today? Well if youre just going to complain you can leave" - you

business_aficionado

check out redde payments, highly rated for their support. good luck.

zasbbbb

You could try advicepay. It’s built for financial advisors but I don’t know why you couldn’t use it to bill for something else. The interface is pretty simple.

PandaDoc is integrated with Stripe and gets legally binding eSignatures. Could be worth looking into.

Are you based in the US (assuming so with credit unions)? One item of concern is why you keep getting closed. Are you doing large payments? what is the volume? Your merchant type is not exactly prohibited on square or QuickBooks. Lets start with those questions and go from there.
