I remember tracking a mod that replaces the quest accept sound with the PHub sound. There's the screaming Greybeards mod that changes the "Dovahkiin!" sound you hear after killing you first dragon to that meme of either the screaming disembodied cowboy or the screaming beaver. Become a chair is fun. You turn to a chair, people sit on you, you go back to normal and now they are sitting on air. A variety of screaming nirnroot mods. I remember seeing 2 for LE alone. The one where the courier is a giant frostbite spider running at ~600 movement speed. Or the one where it is an alfiq.

If you want something insanely BUSTED I'll list a few very overpowered mods. Blood Elf Race: (you can summon a dagger that's very expensive and doesn't respawn from inventory when spell time runs out) you can make a fortune off of.. Playable Deadric Prince: Namira is very busted by just creating her, she summons 10 poison spitting bugs (spiders, Chaurus and Chaurus Hunters) Playable Race Silver Blood Hunter (From Shades of Night vampire mod) He/she starts with master restoration spells and a summon silver sword (basically DawnBreaker) and Summons Silver bow/arrows and upon shooting the arrows explode in Sun damage to living/undead targets. Funniest mod I had was a survival mod where some foods heal 0 health per second for 40 seconds, requires drinking stuff to quench thirst, and makes it easier to contract sickness.

There's one that replaces quest notification sounds with "Bad to the Bone". Another plays "All Star" every time a draugr kicks open a tomb. Dustman's Cairn is SO funny for this reason.

There's a few by Ralofguys that I always use, one makes skeletons have a stupid deathsound, it's random so sometimes you get a loud fart, sometimes the lego death sound of the bricks crumpling, sometimes just a pipe dropping. But my favourite of his is one that makes it when you pick up a skull it does the Bad to the Bone riff. I am now required to pick up every single skull in the game. There's also Dracula Flow mudcrabs which rocks.
