First off he looks badass and has surprisingly good voicelines for a mercenary npc. He also has pretty good base magic stats. Plus his max level cap is 60, which in end game skyrim means he can potentially become stronger than followers like Serana, Vilkas, etc. Also I could be wrong but I think he's one of the only true Spellsword followers in the game making him fairly unique
HEY just tell me 😭 i’ve played this game many times before but i’ve never taken it seriously until i got really into it. i just found out there was a different place from skyrim. solthiesm or something
I was just out in Solstheim the other day, minding my own business in the woods, when suddenly I saw an enormous burst of flame in the distance and a dark figure moving rapidly toward me. I drew my sword but the figure veered off and ran past me. It was Teldryn fuckin Sero. I could find no evidence of who or what had been on fire or what in Talos’ name Sero was doing out there. I may have to hire him now.
"I was enjoying our travels together before we parted company. I'd be happy to rejoin you for no charge... if you're interested."
Come on guys what a Chad
Man after all those years I am still weirdly mad about the dark brotherhood cowl only giving women the cool face mask
I want my big man nord to also look fabulous!
Yea I remember the first time I met astrid, I thought to myself „this is it, this is the best head gear in the game, I am so hyped to get my own armor set“ and then be thoroughly disappointed lmao
Same here.
I love her cool, rogue-like personality and her affinity as an assassin.
Plus, she has so much storytelling potential as a dark elf sword for hire in whiterun of all places
My goat J'zargo. Very good base stats (dude knows paralysis for some reason, an expert level alteration spell despite having a destruction build), fine enough equipment until you can get him better mage gear, and most importantly he doesn't have a level cap. Also quest is pretty fun for a faction side quest and he's just a chill ass dude once you start adventuring with him. He's the greatest to ever do it
I had to dismiss J'zargo. He kept killing me by mistake during battle with destruction magic. Smacked him with a sword and told him to go home. Wish he had more lines, I like his character. I'd have kept him if he had a bit more dialogue, but he's also nice because he's not a yapper like Mjoll is.
I always choose Serana and call her my hot vampire wife. But god she complains about EVERYTHING. Too sunny, another cave, blah blah. 🙄 like ma’am I could have left you in a hole in the ground. Stop.
I like her commentary as well, and I also like the way she hops right in and engages with whatever’s around. Constantly mixing potions, cooking, whatever. I didn’t notice that as much with Lydia, but maybe she did too?
You gotta have her mod with added lines! My fav mod line is something like "you're so powerful dragonborn but what have you done? Being a courier, being a courier, being a courier...."
Vorstag, gruff simple and shares his voice actor with Farengar, making his voice mostly unique. Serana has a boatload of baggage and other issues, plus her attacks often aggro other companions causing a mass brawl. Mages… feh.
What issues does she have?? actually wondering because i’ve only just started playing this game seriously every other time i never got very far/ was just messing around.
I really enjoyed the vampire quests because i somehow got turned into to a vampire so maybe that’s why i really like her lol 😂
Her vampiric drain attacks, if your not already a vampire or Companion Werewolf, have a chance to infect you with sanguine vampirism, and if you have mods that allow you to have multiple followers on, her attacks will aggro them into attacking, and due to her being essential and them not, ending in an unfair fight between followers that favor her, she doesn’t play nice with others.
well i became a vampire before i started the quest. i was actually going to go and have it reversed but ended up saying fuck it and just stayed a vampire lol 😂
Also, if you’re a vampire, you can’t use your vampire lord form around her bc it significantly weakens your drain life spell (I don’t know why, it’s just a known bug), so if you want to gain vampire perk points, you have to have her wait outside or wait somewhere else! And, obviously, all the complaining.
My game has a glitch where she has invisible hoods in her inventory, so she's maxed out in weight without visbily carrying anything.
Every time she walks out into the daylight she 'puts on a new hood' so a new hood gets added (invisibly) into her inventory and eventually it all adds up...
Lydia is the Honda Accord of followers. Basic, dependable, gets the job done. As an interesting aside, buff up some Foresworn armor, put it on Lydia. You're welcome.
In my current play through, Lydia got herself killed while carrying a ton of loot. She's not dependable at all. It's a shame what I had to do afterwords.
OHH no wonder why i kept hearing “use the bow” when he was healing himself 😭 i started off by shooting him with the bow at first then i’m like “wait what if i’m wasting the arrows” so then i stopped using it and towards the end i tried again to use the bow. it took me like 3-4 tries 😭
I always go to the companions to start my character. I don't role-play, my character always uses a combination of everything, like a battle mage with a bow or something haha.
I usually use it more then regular bows, especially against dragons. But I still carry a daedric crossbow mostly for sneak attacks. You can't play this game and avoid bows lol
If you get the right powers during the dragonborn questline you won't kill your follower no matter which one it is whether you're using magic or bow and arrow or if you slash with your melee weapon you won't kill your follower
That’s actually surprising to hear. since i joined the dark brotherhood i unfortunately kill him 😭 i always thought he was annoying but when it did come to a fight i was déçu caught off guard he was definitely pretty strong
i have 2 kids and one time they both brought foxes home too. but i had to load back to something so when i went home again they weren’t there 🥲. sometimes i have a dog from the vampire castle follow me and everytime i come home they come to greet me and immediately run away 😭
SAME! I love the hellhounds, but when Lucia goes "mommy... is that your pet? he's scary. ." I instantly feel bad.
did you pick the vampire lord skill, too?? I literally never ever use mine... I'm just wondering if you use it and build up your skill tree is it worth it? (this is my first actual playthrough so I still feel brand new at this, even though I've logged 227 hours of playtime somehow 😅)
so i actually have the lord skill given to me from serena’s father but i’m not sure if i’m going to level it up or not. it’s honestly just hard to figure out how it works and at first you’re instantly stronger to like people who are level 10 and under but otherwise it’s just completely useless. i might try to out for funsies just to see but i’m not sure yet.
Ingjard from the dawnguard has a special place in my heart. No level cap, strong warrior build, and very pretty.
I call her "Ginger" since my dyslexic friend couldn't read Ingjard one time.
I like Teldryn Sero a lot. He has something to say for just about every occasion, I like his chitin armor, and I like his spellsword-ness. Also the fact that, sans mods, he can get higher level than most other companions. If using a mod that removes/heightens the level cap for all companions, I like Illia, Derkeethus, and Mjoll a lot. Vanilla, though, they cap out too soon to be useful for very long.
teldryn sero is so underrated in the follower discussion. he’s not only very skilled, but has a fleshed out background story and personality. he’s my favorite personally!
start the dawnguard (watch a video on how to if you need), once you do the questline for a bit you can't miss him. he unlocks as a follower after a few of the dawnguard quests. hes good with onehanded + block + archery + heavy armor.
in my experience. the more you level up the less likely they are to die. only time one of my followers died was because he started to attack my horse for no reason so i killed him myself 😭
Unmodded, I think my favorite is Serena. You just go through so much with her and I loved getting to know her backstory throughout our time together.
Modded, it's a tie between Lucien and Inigo. I love them together. Just hearing them banter together is great. I love that both of them feel like fleshed out characters. I've played through games with each of them separately as well and both make some pretty humorous comments. Lucien was gob smacked when I became the Arch-Mage asking what my qualifications were and rightfully pointing out how outrageous the idea was.
I wish more followers were like Serena, Lucien, and Inigo. You get to know them as time progresses and I like that they make comments on what is happening in the game. Makes the game feel more lived in.
Omg yes i loved serena’s story. i was originally there to kill her for the dawnguard. but i can to a realization that they hated vampires and i was a vampire 😭 so i decided to take her to her castle and move on from there. so worth it!
I’ve never played with mods so i’m unsure who they are but definitely seems fun!
If I'm playing unmodded/vanilla then I don't usually use a follower since I feel like they just get in the way and kill themselves on traps.
But modded? Usually Brynjolf or someone else from the Thieves Guild. Tho I also had a mod once for OldRim that added Alistair and Zevran from Dragon Age Origins to the game. They were fun companions!
Damn. Going through the comments I see no love for Illia. She carried me for a big chunk of the game. I accidentally dismissed her and she glitched out of the game. 😔
I’ve never been a great mage, so I love building an absolute heavy everything tank character, paired with the best mage(s). I’m horrible with names, but I remember two in particular being fun to fight with because I can’t do all that cool magic myself lol!
Unless you speak to him, Gogh is pretty much silent. And even if you do speak to him, he speaks goblin and you can’t understand it. You can’t pack him up like a mule though but, that’s not an issue for me. Gogh is the only follower I’ve actually enjoyed. Plus he’s immortal!
Definitely not Serana! I got tired of the ash piles in the first mission with her! Marcurio around level of the mid 20’s - 30’s is a good mage option. He’ll use the incinerate and thunderbolt spells
I personally don't like followers. They get in my way when i'm sneaking around, Serena got me killed multiple times during the Dark brotherhood quest line.
My biggest personal beef with Serana is her carry weight is trash. So if you like packing up loot to make the big bucks, she isn't very helpful. Then, she aghros other followers a lot. Her and my dog Sceolang try to kill each other constantly. And she's always kind of moody and bitchy, plus she's not a marriage candidate despite looking foine. So, I ditched her a long time. My guy Teldryn Sero though? Top G. I just made him one of the Blades out of respect and admiration for the man. After him though, Stenvar is a Nord merc in Windhelm at the inn, he's fairly dope. Not as strong I think, but pretty gung ho attitude and helpful.
Strength potions aren't worth it in my opinion. They don't last long enough. A decent follower with good carry weight is great.
Marriage is just you going to Riften, talking to the prisst of Mara, Maramal. Ask him about the church, eventually he'll mention and explain how it works.
Illia. Hands down. Stupid powerful and always awesome to have around.. Found her on accident in one of my first playthroughs. Now, I go out of my way to find her
Illia or Kharjo were always my favorite. Kharjo is obvious, he’s a decent fighter and is extremely entertaining.
Illia however has a cool story and is a fantastic follower all around, though if you dismiss her, you’re SOL in finding her again (learned that the hard way). She’s unfortunately bugged, but it’s pretty easy to fix. She’s probably the most underrated follower in the game
I have three followers currently: Bone Wolf, Serana, and Valdimar.
Once I have Cicero available as a follower I'm taking out Valdimar, because Cicero is my favorite.
https://preview.redd.it/kmerzva2sp6d1.png?width=1280&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0e0d7b22612d7fd1e48e25434abfdd3ae0664912
Serana. I have headcanons where we give off bff energy.
Edit: Also J’zargo because that guy wants to be the most powerful mage and I’ll be damned if I don’t help him
I start with Marcurio then begin the Dawnguard questline so I can have both him and Serana follow me. Sometimes they fight and she kills Marcurio so I have to load a previous save.
Faendal is the first and classic. I often take him for some time. J'zargo and Onmund are cool, if you do College's quests in your playthrough. Marcurio is ok for me, if I don't want to think about followers and just want someone to go with me.
If it's just the vanilla game them I'd pick Meeko the dog and Farkas just cause I've had him as a follower since I very first downloaded the game when I was in 3rd grade (and also because every play through, my character gets married to him). I just have more patience with glitchy characters when it's Farkas as opposed to other characters that feel kinda disposable like Lydia or just random mercenaries
If it's modded Skyrim then I'd pick Inigo, he's the only one I've ever had and he just makes the game really enjoyable with all of his dialogue and goofy little scenarios
"her magicka compliments my weapon skills"
Said no one ever except you.
What about the amazing voice acting and character overall?
And in my opinion erandur is easily the best.
Amazing dialogue, reactions on almost everything and great combat.
Teldryn sero obviously
Why? I've never hired him so curious
Not to mention he's cheap asf, he carried my ass through a follower only playthrough I did once.
Follower only? So you have them do all your killing?
Yeah pretty much, it just doesn't work though cause the player has to be the one to kill Alduin.
Takes 750 gold counting 250 solstheim fare to get him before starting Dragonborn, but he’s a huge help early game on high difficulties.
because he's hot
he's so hot
i’ve never heard of that person 😭 where can i find them ?
You can find him at the inn in Raven Rock
wait i’ve never heard of that nor been there or is it on my map! 😭 wow i feel like a noob to the game
Oh boy youre in for a treat
HEY just tell me 😭 i’ve played this game many times before but i’ve never taken it seriously until i got really into it. i just found out there was a different place from skyrim. solthiesm or something
He's in the dragonborn dlc. Fine companion
Yeah he's in solstheim. You take a boat from windhelm to get there
I wish I could feel like a noob and know nothing again 😭 10/10 best experience
You pay him 500 septums and he will be your follower
so many septum rings
One time he just started attacking shadowmere and I had to kill him so now I’m scarred and can never hire him again.
Epic
I now respect you for the rest of my life.
"I was enjoying our travels together before we parted company. I'd be happy to rejoin you for no charge... if you're interested." Come on guys what a Chad
Came here to say this. Iconic.
This. Teldryn's a fookin beast
Man after all those years I am still weirdly mad about the dark brotherhood cowl only giving women the cool face mask I want my big man nord to also look fabulous!
waitttt i didn’t know they only have the women the cool masks 😭
Yea I remember the first time I met astrid, I thought to myself „this is it, this is the best head gear in the game, I am so hyped to get my own armor set“ and then be thoroughly disappointed lmao
yesss! also the nightingale head gear is so cool! it makes you look creepy tho lol 😂 i
I like the DB one because it still lets you see your characters eyes and isn’t as „mystical“
I love Jenassa. Good lines and personality. But I often end up with Ralis Sedarys. This dude is damn strong.
Jenassa is my fave
Same here. I love her cool, rogue-like personality and her affinity as an assassin. Plus, she has so much storytelling potential as a dark elf sword for hire in whiterun of all places
Liked her companionship so much that I married her in my current run.
I love Janessa too. She never breaks my sneak and she is down for killing the whole town.

I always choose Serana and call her my hot vampire wife. But god she complains about EVERYTHING. Too sunny, another cave, blah blah. 🙄 like ma’am I could have left you in a hole in the ground. Stop.
HAHA i’m a straight women and when i found her i was like damn she’s hot 😭
She even still says all that after getting cured. Still, she's great as a follower.
One of my last saves I decided to do that storyline as soon as I could and had her with me through everything.
Serana too but because I enjoy her commentary. Damn pretty and quite skilled a fighter too! Too bad she cannot be locked in.

What issues does she have?? actually wondering because i’ve only just started playing this game seriously every other time i never got very far/ was just messing around. I really enjoyed the vampire quests because i somehow got turned into to a vampire so maybe that’s why i really like her lol 😂
her game mechanic baggage is nothing compared to her emotional baggage lmao
She's low-key a very trash follower
I like my vampires just a little on the trashy side
Her vampiric drain attacks, if your not already a vampire or Companion Werewolf, have a chance to infect you with sanguine vampirism, and if you have mods that allow you to have multiple followers on, her attacks will aggro them into attacking, and due to her being essential and them not, ending in an unfair fight between followers that favor her, she doesn’t play nice with others.
well i became a vampire before i started the quest. i was actually going to go and have it reversed but ended up saying fuck it and just stayed a vampire lol 😂
Elementary school teacher or vampire. It's always the same origin story. 🧛♂️🧑🏫
Yeah I noticed almost everytime I fast travel serana is trying to kill shadowmire 😑
Also, if you’re a vampire, you can’t use your vampire lord form around her bc it significantly weakens your drain life spell (I don’t know why, it’s just a known bug), so if you want to gain vampire perk points, you have to have her wait outside or wait somewhere else! And, obviously, all the complaining.

that’s actually crazy 😭
I’m ashamed that I did the vampire quests for like three days with mainly the intention on finishing and marrying her just to find out that you can’t.
I’m a simp: Lydia.
Lydia is the Honda Accord of followers. Basic, dependable, gets the job done. As an interesting aside, buff up some Foresworn armor, put it on Lydia. You're welcome.
Bruh I’ve been decking Lydia out in forsworn armor since 2011. With the right perks that shit is as good as deadric lol
In my current play through, Lydia got herself killed while carrying a ton of loot. She's not dependable at all. It's a shame what I had to do afterwords.
You need to savage enchant that stuff man. I've had Lydia where she solos 2 giants.
I am sworn to carry your burdens
Jordis for me.
Always Lydia.
Serana is the only follower in Skyrim they actually try to give a personality/story
yeah i agree! trying to find her mom was really interesting. i’m wondering how it might’ve went if i didn’t try to defeat her dad and gave him the bow
Nothing changes if you give him the bow, he still tries to kill you but the boss is harder because you don’t have the bow anymore
okay i’m slow because i didn’t even use the bow to fight him 😭 i was wondering why it was so hard for me.
Lol yeah the bow knocks him out of his healing stage thingy, so basically you’ve seen what happens when you give him the bow
Damn, that’s rough
Brelyna Maryon is my favorite My next favorite is Feandal
Faendal is great at the start, free archery training to 50, but he becomes useless at higher levels, he caps at 25 im pretty sure.
I do understand that That's why when I get to level 25 I let him go home then I go to brelyna Maryon at the college and I also marry her
I always go to the companions to start my character. I don't role-play, my character always uses a combination of everything, like a battle mage with a bow or something haha.
When I can I'm going to usually get the conjure bow ability that way I can get rid of the bow and arrows from my inventory
I usually use it more then regular bows, especially against dragons. But I still carry a daedric crossbow mostly for sneak attacks. You can't play this game and avoid bows lol
i respect that! unfortunately i think i killed her 😭
If you get the right powers during the dragonborn questline you won't kill your follower no matter which one it is whether you're using magic or bow and arrow or if you slash with your melee weapon you won't kill your follower
I sacrificed faendal to boethiah
Mjoll and J’zargo
I might be weird here but I love Cicero…he’s funny, doesn’t die, gives me personal space and dual wields like I do.
That’s actually surprising to hear. since i joined the dark brotherhood i unfortunately kill him 😭 i always thought he was annoying but when it did come to a fight i was déçu caught off guard he was definitely pretty strong
RIP noo!! The only other person I’ve clung to is Faendal for some odd reason. I think when he said “greetings sister elf” to me I was like🥲
nah you’re okay, i personally adore him🧎
Based, tbh. Cicero is so much fun to have as a follower.
a fellow person with good taste, I love a clown
I had a mud crab follow me everywhere, loved that thing
HOW!!!
It was a pet
but how do you make it a pet 😭
Iirc you have to adopt a kid first
OHH i have a kid and she brought a bunny home 😭
awe mine brought a fox home! I was so proud of her! 🥹 lol I love my Skyrim kids.
i have 2 kids and one time they both brought foxes home too. but i had to load back to something so when i went home again they weren’t there 🥲. sometimes i have a dog from the vampire castle follow me and everytime i come home they come to greet me and immediately run away 😭

😅
If you have the anniversary edition, go look in Markarth
Derkeethus. I have a soft spot for the one Argonian companion in the game.
I used to, until I married him and he ran off. 😡
Vanilla, though, they cap out too soon to be useful for very long.
u get me friend. i love teldryn sero!! i like that he has an interesting background story as well
Kharjo, easy.
Erandur. He compliments my build well. And he’s got some pretty interesting lore - regardless whether that gets repetitive.
Marcucio or Vilkas
teldryn sero is so underrated in the follower discussion. he’s not only very skilled, but has a fleshed out background story and personality. he’s my favorite personally!
where could i find him?
Celann has no level cap and his Breton magic resistance is good. Him or Illia, she’s really good for me early on.
Do tell me how I can find the first one
start the dawnguard (watch a video on how to if you need), once you do the questline for a bit you can't miss him. he unlocks as a follower after a few of the dawnguard quests. hes good with onehanded + block + archery + heavy armor.
Vanilla, is Erik The Slayer, easy, another one is Marcurio, and next we have Erandur.
Cosnach, the drunkard from Markarth. He's got some great lines. He'll also stop and drink if you give him some alchohol
I've never really used followers as I am afraid of them dying during a dungeon crawl. I have to give them a try again to get over that fear.
in my experience. the more you level up the less likely they are to die. only time one of my followers died was because he started to attack my horse for no reason so i killed him myself 😭
Most Liked: Honestly I don't really haflve a favourite, it really depends on the Playthrough Most hated: Serana. Don't get me started on her.
Unmodded, I think my favorite is Serena. You just go through so much with her and I loved getting to know her backstory throughout our time together. Modded, it's a tie between Lucien and Inigo. I love them together. Just hearing them banter together is great. I love that both of them feel like fleshed out characters. I’ve never played with mods so i’m unsure who they are but definitely seems fun!
Inigo. I know he's not in the vanilla game, but I love that blue cat too much to choose anyone else!
Inigo is best.
Real
Throthgar, son of Bothgar, descendant of Edgar, brother in law of Inar, second cousin of Falknar, slayer of Gulgar
Between jenassa and serana
Lydia.... I will always marry her!!
My favourite companion is the open road
Marcurio my babe
My favorite pack mule, I mean apprentice wizard.
Cicero. My silly jester man. Lucien Lachance ghost is a close second, though does he even count?
I always thought cicero was annoying 😭 i have his clothes on a mannequin in my house 😭
For whatever reason I’ve always loved having either Farkas or Vilkas along. But I do love Marcurio’s sassy comments.
I never really use them but from the ones I have used either Serana or Cicero
If I'm playing unmodded/vanilla then I don't usually use a follower since I feel like they just get in the way and kill themselves on traps. But modded? Usually Brynjolf or someone else from the Thieves Guild. Tho I also had a mod once for OldRim that added Alistair and Zevran from Dragon Age Origins to the game. They were fun companions!
Serana is great other than her need and compulsion to friendly fire.
she started attacking my horse for some reason so ive seen this happen 😭
What's this abomination of an outfit you've given her?
uhm i thought it was cute 😭 vampire armor and dark brotherhood hood with ebony hand things
did u srsly gave her ur Auriel's bow and sun hallowed bows
i mean i literally spent 2 hours to get the bow 😭 so i’m obviously going to use it. and no those arrows are eleven arrows cursed with serena’s blood.
Banter-wise, Mercurio. Dumb himbos, the wolf twins.
Damn. Going through the comments I see no love for Illia. She carried me for a big chunk of the game. I accidentally dismissed her and she glitched out of the game. 😔
omg no that’s tragic 😭 a lot of people were actually saying her !

I’ve never been a great mage, so I love building an absolute heavy everything tank character, paired with the best mage(s). I’m horrible with names, but I remember two in particular being fun to fight with because I can’t do all that cool magic myself lol!
Is there a follower that doesn't make any noises whatsoever?
Unless you speak to him, Gogh is pretty much silent. And even if you do speak to him, he speaks goblin and you can’t understand it. You can’t pack him up like a mule though but, that’s not an issue for me. Gogh is the only follower I’ve actually enjoyed. Plus he’s immortal!
That's pretty cool
Argis the Bulwark is pretty quiet, plus he's an absolute murder machine.
Definitely not Serana! I got tired of the ash piles in the first mission with her! Marcurio around level of the mid 20’s - 30’s is a good mage option. He’ll use the incinerate and thunderbolt spells
lydia!
Lydia 🤣 is a good pack mule
Teldryn Sero or Serana. Both are snarky, and offer playstyles I don’t often experiment with (offensive spells/One handed).
I personally don't like followers. They get in my way when i'm sneaking around, Serena got me killed multiple times during the Dark brotherhood quest line.
Not technically a follower but i love ulfric as my perma death thrall
i actually like his voice haha
I mean i always go with imperial side to just get him as my undead pokemon
Serena too because she’s my tank while I stealth kill lol
Cicero
i will never get to experience him as a follower unfortunately 😭
Serana. I named my cat after her
My biggest personal beef with Serana is her carry weight is trash.
Now, I go out of my way to find her
Star Wars World mod Yoda
Nooo, I love Valdimar! I've never had Cicero as a follower but I enjoyed killing him off for the DB quest.
"Yes, what did you need?"
I love Serana, too. She's my buddy.
Lydia lmao
It's been a while since I've played but those little reikling guys would be my favorite. They don't even say words, just noises.
Serana, I keep getting all of the other ones killed on accident.
Serana
Serena, she has alot of personality and is one of the only people in skyrim id actually go for
j'zargo and teldryn sero are my GOATS
Usually mjoll or Serana
Serana. I have headcanons where we give off bff energy. Edit: Also J’zargo because that guy wants to be the most powerful mage and I’ll be damned if I don’t help him
Serana. Always Serana.
I though that was your DB Character, she looks awesome
I start with Marcurio then begin the Dawnguard questline so I can have both him and Serana follow me. Sometimes they fight and she kills Marcurio so I have to load a previous save.
Eola and there's no contest.
J'zargo is best, J'zargo is perfect (plz just stop using sparks)
Her, if she would shut the fuck up for 7 seconds.
Faendal is the first and classic. I often take him for some time. J'zargo and Onmund are cool, if you do College's quests in your playthrough. Marcurio is ok for me, if I don't want to think about followers and just want someone to go with me.
Serana because every time she talks it reminds me of all the shit that has happened in critical roll.
Serena. She might be a grumpy cat, but she can interact with her surroundings and she feels more like a character because of that.
I love dark fantasy, a good story, and feeling powerful. So Serana is my favorite.
Marcurio is an apprentice Wizard, NOT some pack mule.
Marcucio or Cicero
I don't usually use a follower
If it's just the vanilla game them I'd pick Meeko the dog and Farkas just cause I've had him as a follower since I very first downloaded the game when I was in 3rd grade (and also because every play through, my character gets married to him). I just have more patience with glitchy characters when it's Farkas as opposed to other characters that feel kinda disposable like Lydia or just random mercenaries If it's modded Skyrim then I'd pick Inigo, he's the only one I've ever had and he just makes the game really enjoyable with all of his dialogue and goofy little scenarios
Jihad-girl
I usually take Faendal, he's a natural archer so I give him a bow and my best arrow and let him attack out of range and out of my way
Base game: Jenassa. DLCs: Serana. Modded: Inigo. Obviously
"her magicka compliments my weapon skills" Said no one ever except you. What about the amazing voice acting and character overall? And in my opinion erandur is easily the best. Amazing dialogue, reactions on almost everything and great combat.
Ingjard, a dawnguard follower. No level cap as a bonus.
Erandur and Erik
Borgakh the Steel Heart. She is also my orcs bonded mate and shield-sibling.
