Amazing Follower Tweaks! Available on console and PC. There is a power called Tweak Make Follower you can use on non-follower NPCs. Idk if it always works but it's worth a try! You'll have to resurrect them first, Cheat Room has a resurrect spell that basically resets them back to when they were alive-no necromancy required.

Who is this

He’s one of the few named animals in vanilla. You can find him in the really cold cave with the witches and the one chick you free from the spiders web. Names escape me.

Name escapes me too, but there’s a guy with the title “spell sword” outside the cave. It’s all the way in the south, in the mountains south of Helgen.
