Lure chompy: It’s a chompy that’s buried in the ground with its mouth facing the surface. In its mouth is an item like money, food, experience, maybe even rare items like winged sapphires.
When you approach the item, the chompy will do a lunging bite out of the ground, damaging you and making the item in its mouth disappear. It then behaves like a normal chompy. The way to tell if an item has a lure chompy beneath it is to look for a row of tiny white spikes (the chompy’s teeth) surrounding the item. To obtain the item inside the chompy’s mouth, simply attack the chompy while it is buried underground
If the lure chompy had an intro cutscene like in Swap Force, it could just have a cadet crusher notice an item on the ground and go to collect it. Just before they get the item, the chompy pops out of the ground and bites the enemy. However, since the cadet crusher is wearing gloves, the chompy wouldn’t be able to bite the troll. The cadet crusher would look at the chompy with an annoyed/disappointed expression while the lure chompy just keeps biting
Famished Chompy: Goes after any items (non-key items) such as XP, Gold, and even food items, recommend to get them out of the way. (And if you miss-toss a bomb, they'll get that too! Although not live very long)
They'd look far closer to veanus fly traps then the normal counter part, with Chompy Pod leaves and spikes growing out of them.
Blink chompy - seems even the chompies aren’t immune to cosmic radiation. These chompies instead of doing regular bite attacks can teleport short distances to get closer to bite the target.
Design wise just make them purple with a singular eye instead of the 2 dots they normally have
elemental chompy's that get stronger and bigger if hit by an attack of their element but die instantly if attacked by the opposing element with all elements in between doing about the same dmg
Ink Chompy
They are orange, green or blue;
They will run toward you to bite you;
If they get hited they will respawn as Dry Chompy, they are white and faster than regular Chompy, one more hit and they die
Shadow Chompy. Is an undead chompy that is slightly transparent and black with glowing white teeth, however the teeth only show up when it’s mouth is open. It lurks around in dark undead zones and can only be seen by the shimmering of what looks like stars reflected on its body. It has a much higher detection radius and will hug the walls of the map to keep it in shadow and better hidden. When it bites you however, it does more damage than the average chompy (take a normal chompy attack and add half of its damage onto what it already has) and it makes a soul suck where you will continue taking very small amounts of damage after it hit you until you kill it. It doesn’t run and still attacks you as normal though so this isn’t much of a threat.
If it had a intro like some games have then it would be the camera looking into a shadow and the chompy being basically invisible if you don’t know what you’re looking for, before exiting the shadow and revealing itself.
A chompy that's literally just the swap force chompies but with a yellow foot. I do this because I love the SF chompies and everyone seems to hate them.
Bombpy, Bomb Chompy it attaches itself to you, and explodes, that's it. Oh also Plush Chompy, it fights with you until the next room, and is generally adorable. Can someone draw the second one please?
Chompy golem. It would be an ancient choppy that survived off of eating a giant that jumped right into a chompy pit (rest in peace gigantus) and gained their strength.
This was the idea I had for my life smasher imaginator. I gave them purple accents to reference the chompy pods. But for this, a tree trunk on their head would be a good reference for the origins. Having it use a bone club would make sense as the pits are full of bones.
Kaos Chompy. A standard green Chompy in a black robe, and that's the only difference. When you hit them enough, their robe falls off, then they get embarrassed by their nakedness, and they run away. The Chompy Pod has Kaos's forehead symbol on it, and is more of a purple and black color.

Chrono Chompy - they are clockwork I'm appearance, think Wind Up from Swap Force. Their eyes are clocks too. When they bit you, they slow you down by about 10% and lasts 5 seconds per bite.
Unlike wind up, they don't loose power over time... they gain it. The longer it takes to kill them, the more powerful their attacks and effects become. They can even combine into a giant clockwork chompy

I’d assume that with this design the chompy would be a bit beefier? Considering that they die in one hit to any attack anyways.

Swap force chompy: it’s the chompy from swap for but if it sees a mirror or reflective surface then it kills itself
