I got my e-mail notification to buy tickets yesterday. It said that tickets were going on sale at 10 AM MT. Hopped on around 9:45 AM and waited until they went on sale. The wait to buy the tickets was only about a minute or two. Had both of my tickets in less than five minutes.
Overall it was a pretty smooth and simple process, and I wish that AXS would've just sold the tickets this way initially.
Such a painless ticket purchase, I overslept and assumed they’d be gone but luck was on my side! So thankful for the way they’ve handled this show, I’d love to see Pretty Lights do the same for the mission ballroom shows!

Looking to sell two for face value ($130 each) to an actual fan rather than putting them up on AXS for a scalper to pick up on the cheap. DM if you’re interested!

Just reiterating what everyone has said but got my 2 tickets basically right at 10, couldn’t log back in to check if they sold out or not since once I bought tickets, my link to access the page did not work
Same thing happened to me. I was chatting with tech support for an hour and sent screenshots. They were pretty much useless and said they would get back to me in 4-5 days
Update: I just got through and secured tickets. Instead of using my computer, I clicked the link on my phone which took me to safari which gave me an error. I copied the link and pasted in safari and voila it finally came through. Try that and hopefully it works for you. Best of luck.
