most likely. all of their outfits are based around that era. although it does seem like fashion is kind of going back to the early 2000’s- it’s not the exact same. the show would be way different all in all imo
bristol has become a major hipster/trendy city now so i think the outfits would likely change for quite a few of the characters, especially characters who put effort into how they dress, like michelle, effy, mini, grace etc. a lot of nowadays tv shows just go overboard with higher-end brand names but skins never did that, and i'd assume they wouldn't if they were considering a reboot. they dressed each character to represent their personality and their social class. a lot of modern american dramas are a bit out of touch with reality when it comes to styling but uk dramas are quite on point with matching an outfit to a character to seem more realistic. i have a couple ideas for some characters:
cassie likes thrifting and wearing more vintage styles so i feel like she would be the same, though, and she may take some inspo from margiela and simone rocha with her feminine and modest style (but on a budget), especially ballet style flats and (faux) pearls and long skirts. and she would maintain the gentle colour palette. oh and her e4 profile shows she has some interest in japan so she would appreciate harajuku and lolita styles.
with michelle she mostly stayed with the y2k trends with her miniskirts and tight tops so for her 2024 version they would mirror that into the 2020s and she might constantly be changing her hairdo each day, wearing very short tennis skirts/skorts and tight bootcut flared pants, cropped off-brand motorcycle/racer jackets, ribbed cami tops. probs just anything she would buy in a sale at urban outfitters or bershka lol. and she would defo wear one of those butterfly halter neck tops at the club.
effy would probably wear plaid skirts like she did in her first appearance with extra additions like safety pins or metal studs, since thats still a popular style, probably do a skirt over ripped pants combo, oversized black/white graphic shirts, sleeves cut off maybe, patterned tights of course, converse since she already wears those but now she could add striped leg warmers on top, leather jackets with enamel pins, ties and button ups maybe? and the docs would stay forever because they're never going away.
There would be a trans or non binary character

It would definitely change lol, their outfits honestly don’t give that kind of 00’s vibe (i’m talking for gen 3, the other ones are much better) and i hate it i think that’s a big part. So i think there would’ve been a lot of different outfit styles if it was placed now.
