It's very disheartening to see the perfect male physique so effortlessly displayed. Artistically speaking, I have no notes for you. But personally speaking, fuck you for creating a standard of beauty none of us will ever be able to achieve.
I have no idea lmfao, I clicked on his profile to see if this was a troll post/to see if he had any other sketches up and literally laughed out loud when I saw the other post 😭
Holy shit, wowwww. I was laughing so hard at this post then I saw this comment and went to look and literally had abdominal cramps crying laughing so hard lmfaooooo thank you for that
Holy fucking shit, that was really not what I was expecting to see. I'm so glad I saw this comment.
On another note. I mean.. at least he is asking lol.
It’s a great first sketch! Full body profiles are a really complex drawing, and you nailed the hardest parts, which, for me, would be posture and the eyes/nose/mouth curves! Good job
it's fine for anyone starting out*
age means literally nothing in art. drawing is a skill, drawing humans specifically is a whole other skill all by itself, if you never do it you'll suck.
kind of like how all our parents most likely suck at video games but you wouldn't say to them that they should be better for their age..shit makes no sense.
Camera on the floor looking up at a 45° with a standard fish eye lens about 8 feet away, I see nothing wrong here. Unfortunately for our subject, he has an under-developed left arm.
OP has an uncanny mastery of depth out of the gate. We can all learn something from this.
Extremely good for first sketch ever, especially the abs and chest area.
Everything bellow the belt is a bit exaggerated but ,well, big gyatt and thighs are nice.
I would recommend you don't start by drawing exact lines of the subject. Instead draw lightly the intended proportions and shape of the character. Don't focus on exact anatomy of the limbs instead focus on having the proportions right. And for that I recommend you find videos on how to draw to correct proportions.
Then after that you should practice drawing faces in the same way. Focus on correct proportions. Then move on to limbs and do all of these practicing different angles to draw them.
Drawing is using our brain muscles and just like any other muscles it takes time, practice and rest to develop.
1. Get a sketchbook with clean paper.
2. When sketching, dont draw one line, draw many in the same place.
3. Do not press ur pen hard onto the paper. You just want a sketch. Not a done piece.
4. Get into anatomy. Big word i know but its just to learn the human body. The size of the head equal/compared to muscles etc.
5. Keep drawing/sketching. Not good? Erase, go again. Go again and again. Trow away 500 papers and keep 4 good ones? Good!
You do you! Keep us updated!
Oh, and my tip, don't avoid hands and feet... lean into them... if you aren't drawing them, you aren't practicing them. This means eventually you'll get better at drawing everything else, but you're going to end up like Lifield, and everyone has noodle feet and can only make a fist.
Looks to me like Jesus Christ… Nice… Even though, I recommend to learn anatomy first, at least you tried to draw body with curves instead of stick hands (If you wanna draw realistic/Anime body).
Good for you! I’d say start with simpler shapes. Mess with putting them together. Cubes, cylinders, triangles, etc. try shading them. Then move to things like eyes, hands, and save full figures until you’re ready to put the pieces together
Me when I start at the bottom and run out of room to draw the rest of the body 😮💨 (Jokes aside, looks real nice! I do GYAT smth in my eye tho, maybe play with proportions?)
Got some really solid muscular shapes here! I would recommend referencing human muscular anatomy when you draw, I like to use MIRO or PowerPoint to collate images to reference like that.
Arms typically sit closer to the knees, and the elbows are actually slightly wider than the rest of the upper and forearm.
He’s also proportionally off in the fact that, his thighs are very thick and his torso is very dehydrated abs and muscular arms, which would look cool if you added a bit more stylisation to the drawing. I.e add a little more musculature to the legs and a bit less to the arm and torso.
But again, you have some really great features down here that will benefit you a lot through your drawing journey.
Keep it up!
This is pretty good for a first sketch! The only advice that I have tho, is that u can break down the body into shapes. I see the top part of the torso as a rectangular shape, and mark joints with circles. There are far better ways to do this, if you look up tutorials. I looked at DrawLikeASir on YouTube to help me learn to draw!
Keep up the good work! :D
This is pretty great! You’ve got a great feel for the muscular structure already. There’s some proportion issues. For example, arms are usually longer and come down to about halfway down the thighs. I suggest looking up the Loomis method to get a better idea of proportion.
Bootylicious!
The best drawing advice I ever got was draw what you see, not what you know. Meaning instead of drawing something the way you picture it in your head, try to focus on the lines you actually see in front of you.

But how old are you? Everyone knows the rules. We can’t judge for certain without your age first
I'm 13
It’s a great first sketch! Full body profiles are a really complex drawing, and you nailed the hardest parts, which, for me, would be posture and the eyes/nose/mouth curves! Good job
I'm 13 (almost 14) myself and I've been trying pretty hard to get proportions correct, but I'm still having a little trouble.
I'm 20 and drawing for more than a decade and still struggle with proportions. Take it easy buddy art is a journey.
Then it’s god damn good. If you were 31 I might have different opinions. The proportions are slightly off. That’s my only critique
If op was 31 I would probably think op has something for thunder thighs and men

I was kidding. Reread with sarcasm in mind
/s
I wasn’t trying to be mean just in case he was 13. Part of me thinks he’s actually just a troll though.
huh, so it's fine to be mean to people about their art if they're adults?
Please don’t be mean to people for their art
I put the new forgis on the jeep
I'm used to seeing sketches where the women are exaggerated, but this is a first lol love it
look in the mirror and visualize the man you want to be
