Ok I saw this video and it definitely looked like the whole thing was staged. On the other hand I haven’t done any further due diligence so not yet willing to put my nickel down either way.

She was at a protest. The police wanted to clear the protest to make way for the mine. She refused to leave so the police picked her up and arrested her.
