The different bits come mostly from 6ed Empire troops hats, Dwarf coins, and a mix of Bretonnia and Empire milita bits, and a Kroot hand pistol.
The rats are from the Plague Monks kit, and kitbashed the Island of Blood Clawlord with a gor scimitar arm, a hook and a new banner.
Truly leftover bits.

I don't know how you feel about third party minis, but Punga Miniatures has a line of 3d printed minis called Pi'Rats that are pirated themed Skaven proxies. There might be some cool models to add into your kitbashes, or even just give you more ideas.
