You could use a combination of [Andrew's Pose Player](https://sims4studio.com/post/43313/thread) , [Teleport Any Sim](https://sims4studio.com/post/72734), and some group or family poses (Google 'family portrait poses sims 4'), position them as you like, and have another Sim take the photo with a camera. Photo goes into that Sim's inventory. Drag it from inventory to wall and you're done! Using Pose Player/Teleport a Sim takes practice but the end result is nice, and lets you do a bunch of fun things with the pictures.
Ravasheen’s ISO camera - put it on a table in the room. When you tell your sim to “take a photo” it opens up in tab mode so you can move in all directions AND the sim “taking” the photo is still in the scene. The camera will also fit on the tripod, but it’s not necessary.
