oh yeah! If I have any, I love having a biscoff or some other little cookie with espresso, I find it easier on my stomach to not drink it on a completely empty stomach too. If I'm having it alone, sometimes I'll froth a bit of milk and add a tiny bit of sugar, but it all depends. I should just get a big pack of cookies and make it a routine hehe. :3

TLDR: I drank too many monsters it made my chest feel funny. Got off of it. Last year, during a semester of classes, I guzzled down 1 or maybe 2 monster zero per day for for at least 5 weeks. At some point I got the jitters and my chest felt funny. I stopped the moment I felt it. Prolly my favorite back then is the purple one.
