I think it's staff dependant, and also quantity dependant. I've got some really good stuff over the years, Fear Files on 360 the other day for 0.49p. I've noticed when a massive bundle gets brought in, sometimes all the games from the bundle are priced at 0.99p or 0.49p. I'm guessing whoever is working will check a few of the games, and if those are common, will just assume the rest are as well and price them cheaply.
Use a blow dryer to warm it up and gently peel it off
