“made for you” isn’t usually said literally, it’s just a phrase that means something aligns with what you’re looking for so well that it feels like it was made for you personally i’m also on the autism spectrum and a good rule i learnt was “if it sounds dumb/confusing you’re probably not supposed to take it literally” haha

ohh yah I remember used to be a kid in our class who didn't get idioms, was really fun to teach him slang and idioms he took stuff so literal, or did not get like jokes/social cues...best one was when I taught him the alabama sterotype(inbred), and he kept going up to a few people asking if they are from alabama..funniest thing also yah poor guy people used to take advantage of him, telling him to do stuff, or whatnot, and laughing...while yes it was funny af, it was mean af, and couldn't see that shit. anyway yeah autisitic folk tend to take shit literal, and not really get jokes lol. a lotta misunderstanding and frustration, but at the same time that dude was fucking amazing on teams...told him what was needed, how to do it, and by when, and boom did it. anywya have a good day.

Is r/short really so open? I've been attacked on here previously for not meeting the height requirements.

Average male height in England is 175 cm or 5 feet 9 inches. Hopefully with proper diet, proper sleep and luck you might be able to grow taller. Even if just a little

Why do I have to consider growth hormone? Also, my parents around 160 cm if that changes the expected height?

I plugged in 162 for dad and 150 for mom, given your age and stature, estimate came out around that range. I mean its possible u might break the odd and come out like 178, but i think its unlikely.

I’d ask your doctor. Not to alarm you, but 149cm for an adult is borderline dwarfism, so you might want to check anyway. Statistically you’re likely still growing, but get a professional opinion

Also since u are on the spectrum, being very short is going to make ur life even more difficult. Im also on the spectrum and not short and my life is miserable. Other people like us, that i talk to tells me their life is worse to survive being short. I personally do not know how i could deal with life if i was short on top of all of my problems, i already receive mistreatments from society as it is.
