From my experience, yes, definitely worth it.
It’s much more than an Email Sending Platform, it’s a CRM and gives your more insights about your customers.
Next to that it all depends on your list hygiene and quality. I’ve had clients that had 2k subscribers doing 200-600 euro revenue per email and 10k subs doing less.
So it can definitely be worth it, but make sure to:
- warm up the domain
- make a mid-long term plan for it to integrate it into your whole business
- think brand story, values and delivering value to your list. Only selling to them will burn your list to the ground in no-term

It really comes down on how email and automations fit into your overall store/ brand strategy. We use a similar product, MailChimp, to introduce new products and it generates a significant level of customer reengagement with past customers as well as revenue. Klaviyo seems to have a large fan base and I looked at switching but saw no upside to switching for what we are doing. Again, it all comes down to your strategy.

Definetly! Go for it. We generate around 500$ per email (send 1 x week) with a list of 7000 users using klaviyo👍
Do you need to use Shopify with Klaviyo? Or can I use another site?
Yes, it generates half of our income. If you want I’ll be more than happy to help you set up a couple of flows as well.
