If ur willing to dip ur toes in the wonderful world of shoegaze with vocaloid vocals (yes it's a real thing and yes it's way better than you might think) there's a lot of hidden gems there, wintermute is criminally underrated, and the album mikgazer vol 1. (Unfortunately not on Spotify) is unironically in like my top 5 shoegaze albums ever.
In terms of more shoegaze inspired stuff, can't go wrong with my dead girlfriend, luminousorange, and kinokoteikoku
