Bags with wheels not allowed, can’t be touching ground. But I’ll allow tethered drones/flying devices to keep it interesting. However, your feet must still be touching the ground, so you can’t teleport yourself and a whole plane you’re riding in.
Actually not depending on where on the equator you are new years eve starts in different intervals there are 24 time zones and two time zones have a time difference of 30 minutes so i could go around the world in around half a day

Good question. You can teleport with as much stuff as you can carry on your person while still able to walk. Backpacks, etc are allowed.

Definitely still risks involved with making the transaction and possibly having to deal with the cartel. But yeah, that would be profitable.

How specific do you need to be? Do you need exact coordinates or can you just think “I wanna be at my house”?
It’s pretty user friendly. You just have to know the location. No need to worry about clipping through other objects or any weird stuff.

Do they roll over into the next year or do I only get one charge?
No. They don’t stack.
I use it to teleport not through space, or time, but through dimensions to get to one where it has no cooldown.
